P	Pan Mark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτος , παραγγέλνω μια γεννήτρια βενζίνης με άμεση διαθεσιμότητα και μου αποστέλλουν την επιβεβαίωση της παραγγελίας. Την επόμενη με παίρνουν τηλ να μου πουν η συγκεκριμένη γεννήτρια δεν υπάρχει και δεν είναι καλή μάρκα ενώ ο αντιπρόσωπος είναι ο χειρότερος και μου πρότεινουν μια άλλη γεννήτρια στη διπλάσια τιμή. Είναι επαγγελματίες αυτοί; Επί της ουσίας καμία απάντηση από τον ιδιοκτήτη και το χειρότερο από όλα δεν αναλαμβάνει την αποκατάσταση της ζημιάς με δικό του κόστος αφού είναι αποκλειστικά υπεύθυνος. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ!!!!!!! Unacceptable, I order a gasoline generator with immediate availability and they send me the order confirmation. The next day they call me to tell me that this generator does not exist and is not a good brand while the dealer is the worst and they suggest me another generator at double the price. Are they professionals? In fact, no response from the owner and worst of all, he undertakes to repair the damage at his own expense since he is solely responsible. CAUTION!!!!!!!

Και επειδή ήξερα ότι δεν έχει ρυθμιστη πίεσης τους έγραψα σαν σχόλιο να προσθέσουν ένα με την ανάλογη χρέωση.(γνώριζα για ρυθμιστή λόγω δύο γνωστών που κάνανε την ίδια αγορά). Μετά την επικοινωνία για την επιβεβαίωση της παραγγελίας απ' το κατάστημα,με ρώτησαν για ρύθμιστη κ τους ξαναειπα να προσθέσουν έναν. Σήμερα παρέλαβα μια budget, εντελώς άλλη σόμπα. Κατόπιν τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας μου είπαν ότι είναι ίδιες χωρίς να τους ενδιαφέρει ότι άλλη παρειγγειλα κ άλλη ήρθε. Σαν να μην έγινε τίποτα,λεγοντας να ψάξω τις διαφορές και αν δεν τη θέλω να την επιστρεψω.Ενώ την ιστορία την ίδια την κάνανε κ στους γνωστούς μου, προσπάθησα να το εξηγήσω ότι ίσως μπερδεύτηκαν οι ίδιοι σε κάτι ,ενώ είναι τακτική του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος.Μακρυα πλέον απ' το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα.. I ordered a bormann stove from the store. And because I knew it did not have a pressure regulator I wrote them as a comment to add one with the corresponding charge (I knew about regulator due to two acquaintances who made the same purchase). After contacting us to confirm the order from the store, they asked me for a regulator and I told them again to add one. Today I received a budget, a completely different stove. After a phone call they told me that they are the same without caring that another one I ordered and another one came. As if nothing had happened, telling me to look for the differences and if I do not want to return it. .Away away from the specific store ..
Μ	Μανώλης Κοσμίδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τηλεφώνησα στο κατάστημα για την ύπαρξη συγκεκριμένων ανταλλακτικών προγραμματιστή ποτίσματος Garderna. Δε πήρα συγκεκριμένη απάντηση, αλλά μου είπαν να περάσω από το κατάστημα και ότι θα με καλύψουν 99.99%. Πήγα στο κατάστημα μαζί με το προϊόν εξηγώντας ότι έχει αγοραστεί ηλεκτρονικά από την Αθήνα και ότι είναι σε εγγύηση. Μου είπαν ότι δεν παραλαμβάνουν μηχανήματα σε εγγύηση που δεν έχουν αγοραστεί από το καταστημα τους. (Μπορούσαν να με ρωτήσουν αν καλύπτεται το μηχάνημα από εγγύση και έχει αγοραστεί από αυτούς τηλεφωνικά πριν μου που να πάω εκεί) Ρώτησα αν μπορούν να το δούν ούτως ή άλλως και να πληρώσω την επισκευή, μου είπαν ότι θα μου κοστίσει πολύ περισσότερο από το να το στείλω στην Αθήνα, από όπου το προμηθεύτηκα. Ο λόγος που απευθύνθηκα στο κατάστημα ήταν επειδή εμφανίζεται ως επιλεγμένο συνεργαζόμενο στον ιστότοπο της Gardena. Πήρα τηλέφωνο στην Gardena και εξέφρασαν απορία για το ότι δεν παραλήφθηκε το μηχάνημα και με παρέπεμψαν στην αντιπροσωπεία τους στη Σίνδο (εκτός Θεσσαλονίκης, χρόνος και κόστος τους είναι προφανώς αδιάφορο). Παίρνω ξανά τηλέφωνο στο Service του καταστήματος ζητώντας μόνο κόστος για τα ανταλλακτικά. Απάντηση: στείλτε mail και θα σας απαντήσουμε.. Προβληματική υποστήριξη service & συνεργασία με τη Gardena. Σου έρχεται υποψήφιος πελάτης του καταστήματος και επιβεβαιωμένος πελάτης της Gardena και αδιαφορείς και για τις 2 ιδιότητες. I called the store for specific Garderna watering schedule spare parts. I did not get a specific answer, but I was told to go through the store and that they would cover me 99.99%. I went to the store with the product explaining that it has been purchased electronically from Athens and that it is under warranty. I was told that they do not receive machines on warranty that have not been purchased from their store. (They could ask me if the machine is covered by warranty and bought from them by phone before I went there) I asked if they could see it anyway and pay for the repair, they told me it would cost me much more than I send it to Athens, from where I got it. The reason I contacted the store was because it appears as a selected affiliate on the Gardena website. I called Gardena and they asked if the machine had not been received and they referred me to their dealership in Sindos (outside Thessaloniki, their time and cost are obviously indifferent). I call the Service of the store again, asking only for the cost of the spare parts. Answer: send mail and we will answer you .. Problematic service support & cooperation with Gardena. You come to a potential customer of the store and a confirmed customer of Gardena and indifferent to both qualities.
