Σε δυο ημερες αφου το πηρε στα χερια της το προιον αρχισε να εμφανιζει ελλατωματα . Το επεστρεψε πριν απο δυο εβδομαδες και της ειπαν οτι θα επικοινωνησουν με την εταιρια. Μεχρι σημερα δεν επικοινωνησε κανεις μαζι μας. Αφου περασε η συζυγος σημερα απο το καταστημα , επεμεινε να της δωσουν νεο προιον . Αφου δεν υπηρχε τπτ που να της αρεσει ζητησε τα χρηματα πισω. Αρνηθηκαν να της τα δωσουν. Στη συνεχεια ζητησε να αγορασει καποιο αλλο ειδος αφου τα πορτοφολια προφανως ειναι παλιο στοκ και δεν της αρεσαν. Αρνηθηκαν επισης λεγοντας οτι δεν γινεται...!!! Θα πρεπει να γνωριζετε αγαπητοι, πως οταν ζητατε να στηριζουμε τα συνοικιακα καταστηματα, να συμπεριφερεστε σαν μοντερνες επιχειρησεις και οχι να κοροιδευετε τους πελατες σας. Το ποσο ηταν πολυ μικρο ( περιπου 25 ευρω) αλλα να ειστε σιγουροι πως χασατε και εμας απο πελατες καθως φανταζομαι και ολους τους φιλους που θα αναφερουμε το περιστατικο. Λυπαμαι για την συμπεριφορα σας. I bought a leather wallet as a gift for my wife before Christmas using the clik axay method from Ampelokipi. Then she asked to buy another item since the wallets are obviously old stock and she did not like it. They also refused, saying that it is not possible ... !!! You should know, dear ones, that when you ask us to support the neighborhood stores, to behave like modern businesses and not to make fun of your customers. The amount was very small (about 25 euros) but be sure that you lost us as customers as I imagine all the friends who will report the incident. I'm sorry for your behavior.
Χ	ΧΡΗΣΤΟΣ ΥΠΟΔΗΜΑΤΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ένα πορτοφόλι. Το πορτοφόλι σαν ποιότητα είναι το αναμενόμενο για την τιμή του (82,90). Οι τιμές είναι τσιμπημένες σε σχέση με άλλα καταστήματα παρόλα αυτά ήθελα να στηρίξω την τοπική αγορά. Αυτό όμως που δε μου άρεσε καθόλου ήταν η συμπεριφορά της κυρίας. Μαζί της ήταν και μια νεαρή κοπέλα πολύ ευγενική. Την ίδια ώρα μπήκε μια υποψήφια πελάτισσα να δει μια τσάντα και πήγε κοντά στη βιτρίνα να δείξει ποια τσάντα της άρεσε και με αυστηρό ύφος της είπε να μην αγγίξει κάτι. Καταλαβαίνω ότι περνάμε μια δύσκολη περίοδο με τον ιό, όμως η πρόθεση της της δεν ήταν να αγγίξει κάτι, απλά να σας δείξει την τσάντα που της άρεσε. Έφυγε και δεν αγόρασε κάτι. Όσο αφορά τη δική μου αγορά, σπάστηκα με το γεγονός και έφυγα και εγώ αφού είδα στα γρήγορα το πορτοφόλι και μου είπε ότι αν έχω τα χρήματα είναι πολύ καλό. Προφανώς και έχω τα χρήματα, και αρκετά παραπάνω μιας και ενδιαφέρεστε για το status quo των πελατών σας. Μετά από κάποια ώρα πέρασα ξανά να αγοράσω το πορτοφόλι παρότι το βρήκα φθηνότερα μέσω ίντερνετ από ελληνικό κατάστημα σφραγιστο. Ήταν το μοναδικό στη βιτρίνα όμως με άψογη κατάσταση κάτι που εν τέλει δε με ενόχλησε. Δε ζήτησα καλύτερη τιμή ούτε όμως και μου έγινε κάποια πρόταση που συνηθίζεται όταν η αγορά είναι ανοιχτου μοντέλου στη βιτρίνα. Και όταν το πήγε κοντά στο ταμείο ώστε να πληρώσω, πέταξε το κουτί επάνω στο τραπέζι, με ενόχλησε πάρα πολύ αλλά από ευγένεια δεν είπα κάτι. Ούτε ο χασάπης δε φέρεται έτσι όταν βάζει το κρέας στο ξύλο για κοπή. Και όταν ήρθε η στιγμή να πληρώσω με το κινητό και δε το δέχτηκε με την πρώτη φορά για κάποιο λόγο , το ύφος ήταν πολύ μειωτικό. Συμπέρασμα μου είναι ότι όταν έχετε ένα κατάστημα, προσπαθήστε να κάνετε τους πελάτες σας να νιώσουν άνετα. Καταλαβαίνω ότι όλοι μας έχουμε προβλήματα και ένα παραπάνω ότι διανύουμε μια δύσκολη περίοδο. Δε πρέπει όμως να μας παίρνει από κάτω. Αν χρειαστώ κάτι θα αγοράσω ξανά από το κατάστημα σας. Ελπίζω την επόμενη φορά οι συνθήκες να είναι διαφορετικές. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για το χρόνο σας να διαβάσετε την κριτική μου. Προσπάθησα να είμαι όσο πιο δίκαιος γίνεται. I bought a wallet. My conclusion is that when you have a store, try to make your customers feel comfortable. I understand that we all have problems and one more that we are going through a difficult period.
