Έ	Έλενα Σωτ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14/01/22 γύρω στις 8 το πρωί η κυρία που ήταν στην είσοδο του κέντρου είπε σε άλλη κυρία που περίμενε να παραλάβει εξετάσεις την έκφραση «ντροπή σου που δεν έχεις κάνει το εμβόλιο» κατά λέξη και συνέχισε να την προσβάλει μπροστά σε άλλα 30-40 άτομα που περιμέναμε στον χώρο, ειστε για γέλια λυπάμαι για λογαριασμό σας….. 14/01/22 around 8 in the morning the lady who was at the entrance of the center said to another lady who was waiting to take the exam the expression "shame on you for not having the vaccine" literally and continued to insult her in front of another 30 -40 people we were waiting for at the place, you are laughing, I'm sorry for you… ..
s	scortall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους για να κλείσω ραντεβού εδώ κ δυο ημέρες! Εχθες με ειχαν συνέχεια στην αναμονή (συνολικά περίπου εικοσιπέντε λεπτα), σήμερα παίρνω τηλέφωνα από το πρωί κ ή με βάζουν σε αναμονή ή πριν καν χτυπήσει κλείνει. Κ προσπάθησα από τρία διαφορετικά κινητά κ γίνεται το ιδιο κ στα τρία. Απαράδεκτοι!! I'm trying to contact them to make an appointment here for two days! Yesterday I was constantly on standby (a total of about twenty-five minutes), today I pick up the phone in the morning and they either put me on standby or before it even rings it hangs up. I tried from three different mobiles and it does the same in all three. Unacceptable !!

Στην επικοινωνία μας την επόμενη μέρα, αντί να ζητήσουν συγγνώμη και να επαναλάβουμε την εξέταση, μας είπαν πως ήταν λάθος το κείμενο πού έγραψε η γραμματέας... Unacceptable diagnostic center. They found gallstones on the ultrasound, while the bile was removed. Κ	Κωνσταντίνα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Ασυνέπεια στα ραντεβού, περίμενα μια ώρα για ένα υπέρηχο, και όταν διαμαρτυρήθηκα, με παρέπεμψαν σε άλλο γιατρό από αυτόν που είχα ζητήσει. Τελικά έφυγα χωρίς να κάνω εξέταση. Αγενέστατο προσωπικό, ούτε μια συγγνώμη για την ταλαιπωρία, παρά μόνο ειρωνεία και θράσος. Αξίζει να αναφερθεί, πως σε ένα χώρο 20 τ.μ γεμάτο από κόσμο, δεν αεριζόταν ο χώρος και η ατμόσφαιρα ήταν εξαιρετικά δυσάρεστη. Δεν το συνιστώ Unacceptable. Unruly staff, no apology for the inconvenience, only irony and audacity. N	Niki Katsari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το Σάββατο 5/3 έκανα αιματολογική εξέταση στην μητέρα μου με την προϋπόθεση ότι μέχρι τις 15:00 θα είχα τις απαντήσεις στο e-mail μου για να τις δείξω στον γιατρό της. Η κατάσταση ήταν επείγουσα. Δυστυχώς το κέντρο έκλεισε, εξετάσεις δεν είδαμε και μεσολαβεί το τριήμερο της Καθαράς Δευτέρας. Λυπάμαι. Αυτή είναι υπεύθυνη αντιμετώπιση; On Saturday 5/3 I did a blood test on my mother on the condition that by 15:00 I would have the answers in my e-mail to show them to her doctor. The situation was urgent. Unfortunately the center was closed, we did not see any exams and the three days of Shrove Monday are in between. I'm sorry. Is this a responsible treatment?
m	maria lysikatou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα ραντεβού 8.45 για υπέρηχο θυρεοειδούς. Η γιατρός ήρθε μισή ώρα μετά δηλαδή 9.15 ενώ είχα να πάω στην εργασία μου μετά την εξέταση. Η κοπέλα στην υποδοχή του 4ου ορόφου απαθής και αδιάφορη αλλά όταν έβλεπε κάποιον γνωστό της στο χώρο, τόσο εγκάρδια που έπρεπε όλοι να μάθουμε τα νέα τους, αφού συζητούσαν σαν να ήταν σε καφετέρια! Σίγουρα δε θα τους ξαναπροτιμήσω. I had an appointment at 8.45 for a thyroid ultrasound. The doctor came half an hour later, ie 9.15, while I had to go to work after the examination. The girl at the reception on the 4th floor is apathetic and indifferent but when she saw someone she knew in the area, so cordial that we all had to find out their news, since they were talking as if they were in a cafeteria! I will definitely not prefer them again.
