Ohne Ankündigung für zwei Personen einen Covid-19 Test machen lassen. Der Arzt ist sehr freundlich und hat zuverlässig die Dokumente für den Flug digital zur Verfügung gestellt. Preislich in Ordnung. Hier würde ich bei Bedarf wieder hingehen.

Du vol. On les appelle les « tourist doctors ». Ils ont refusé de me donner le prix de la consultation avant de m’ausculter. Et le médecin m’a demandé 120 € apres la consultation ! En me promettant que mon assurance paierait en suite. Un mensonge. A éviter absolument, c est une arnaque. A quelques rues de là il y a un centre où la consultation est gratuite.

Was there because of a broken nose and bleeding. I thought the blood wouldn't stop! They stopped the bleeding and put my nose back in place, now no one can tell it was ever broken!

I went in to ask for a quick covid swab. The doctor was extremely rude, rushed. He wanted to do it immediately because he had a full schedule. When I said that he was not good because I needed 48 hours before departure, he told me that he had lost too much time. Never in my life seen such behavior. A place to absolutely avoid. They are only looking for tourists to pluck ...

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had at the doctors anywhere in the world. We went there for a COVID fast swab before traveling and the doctor afterwards informed us we would receive our negative results and form being able to fly. 40 euros for each test, a bit ridiculous. The place was strange with an actual bed in the office and the doctor was very rushed and seemed to not know what he was doing. The next day came (day of our flight) and we did not receive an email. We tried to call several times, no answer. We then decided to return to check and see if we could obtain a printout of the form and when arriving, the doctor just claimed that he had sent the email to us and he doesn’t know what else we should expect. We tried to calmly explain that we had not received an email and he then finally agreed to try to resend the email. However upon doing so he said that his internet was not working and the electricity was out. Others came for appointments and he began shouting at everyone and threatening to call the police because we were crowding too much (we were all outside, and most people had the same problem, no email giving the negative test results). We waited another 20 minutes and re entered, however he was even more angry claiming that we should just leave and wait for the email (our flight was in two hours). We stayed and kept insisting for the document and he kept telling us wait for the power to come on (we went to the pharmacy below, who were equally as rude to us, but they in fact had power). We went back upstairs to ask for another time as we were at risk of missing our flight. Finally he came out and gave us a printed document that we needed and said “you have made my life very difficult - I sent it to you and now I have to print it.” Obviously it can happen, an email doesn’t get received, but dealing with it like this was absolutely ridiculous. A line of people for the COVID test because they overbooked and another line of people having problems with receiving their negative results. No receptionist or anything, only the doctor. What can I say, a complete zoo. Supposedly, you can get tested for COVID at the theater in Corfu town I would highly recommend going there unless you want to lose two hours of your time in Corfu. I would suggest anyone else having this problem to rate and post your experience to further validation so others can make an informed decision on coming here!!

A stressful experience....I went in for pain in my hand and the doctor saw me quickly which was good and gave me 5 anti inflammatory tablets to take over 5 days. After the reasonably good though very quick consultation the doctor departed and I was left with his admin guy who told me the bill was a hefty €120 for the visit and €40 for the medicine..which I could have got much cheaper by the counter and in larger quantities. Oh and cash only. When I mentioned this was quite a high fee and that they should at least tell / inform patients of the cost of a visit before hand for the sake of transparency and the patient then making a call as to whether they want to go or no...the guy became aggressive and rude and told me it's down to people to ask and in any case people have travel insurance that will cover the cost I tried to explain that it's not the point and it really felt like being ripped off. The guy wrote me a receipt and when I asked for a doctors statement to at least prove I came in with a reason and I would get something for my insurer...he said he couldn't reach the doctor anymore and I would have to come back to get it the following day. All very stressful to leave with no proof of the visit but a simple receipt for €160... Luckily for me I bumped into the doctor when leaving the premises so asked him to go back and get me his report. The operation they are running is.definitely not the way to deal with people. So I repeat my advice to them ... inform people of costs before proceeding. Be polite and show empathy.

Well I don't actually know what to say. The doctor treated us nice and I felt save the entire time but now I'm back in Germany and I have huge problems with my insurance. The doctor promised it would be pay and claim and wrote an unnecessary bill over 1000€ that we had to pay in CASH. My insurance said that he could have just used my insurance card but that would have only been around 80€. So I just feel like I've been ripped and it feels like fraud to me cause I really believed him, but despite the fact that I wont be able to travel again for the next 2 years cause I have to pay of this bill, it was an good medical treatment.
