★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ σχετικά με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατων. Στην Βέροια δεν υπάρχει ούτε ένας αντιπρόσωπος να σε εξυπηρετήσει και να σε βοηθήσει αν κάποια στιγμή χρειαστείς κάτι. Χάλασε η συσκευή μου (η μια από τις 4 ) και δεν μπορούσαν καν να με εξυπηρετήσουν παρά μόνο σε 3 ημέρες μέσω κούριερ. (Να σημειώσω ότι είχα μόνο τη μια από τις 4 συσκευές μαζί μου, οπότε αφότου χάλασε δεν είχα καμία). Θέλετε να προωθείτε και την εξυπηρέτηση σας ως η καλύτερη. Με ανάγκασαν να πληρώσω 23 ευρώ γιατί δεν μπορούσαν να βρουν λύση. Δεν πρόκειται ξανά να χρησιμοποιήσω καμία και ούτε να τη συστήσω ΠΟΤΕ ΞΑΝΑ.
INADMISSIBLE regarding customer service. In Veria there is not a single agent to help you if you ever need something. My device crashed (one out of 4) and they could only serve me for 3 days by courier. (Note that I only had one of the 4 devices with me, so after it crashed I had none). You want to promote your service as well. I was forced to pay 23 euros because they could not find a solution. I am never going to use any of it again and NEVER recommend it again.

I do not recommend any service to anyone, they just want to sell, then they disappear, no one can help you !!!
