Με κοίταζαν από πάνω μέχρι κάτω σαν να ήμουν εξωγήινος. Καμία ευγένεια, κανένα χαμόγελο. Άραγε, τις πταίει; Το ότι ξέρουν ότι είναι μονοπώλιο και δεν έχουν ανάγκη να σου χαμογελάσουν για να σε κερδίσουν, αφού, έτσι κι αλλιώς, τι εναλλακτικές έχεις; Καμία! Δυο άτομα εξυπηρετούσαν έναν πελάτη, κι όταν ρώτησα ευγενικά αν θα μπορούσα να έχω μια κούτα τσιγάρα, με κοίταξαν πολύ απαξιωτικά και απάντησαν στεγνά: Άμα περιμένετε λίγο εξυπηρετούμε τώρα! Και δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που είναι απλά αγενές. Μάλλον δεν έχουν και τόσο ανάγκη τον πελάτη! Very rude staff!
