Το προσωπικό δεν ειναι καθόλου ευγενικό και συζητήσιμο.Θεωρώ ότι είναι απλοί πωλητές και όχι γνώστες του αντικειμένου.Το καλύτερο που έχετε να κανετε αν αντιμετώπισετε πρόβλημα είναι να συνεννοηθείτε κατ ευθείαν με την τηλεφωνική η διαδικτυακή εξυπηρέτηση iqos καθώς το προσωπικό δείχνει να μην έχει ούτε τη στοιχειώδη κατάρτιση στο αντικείμενο. Relatively good experience with the product although it has several defects and frequent failures. The staff is not at all polite and talkative. I consider that they are simple sellers and not knowledgeable about the subject. The best thing to do if you have a problem is to contact directly the iqos telephone or internet service as the staff does not seem to have either elementary training in the subject.

Terribly helpful and kind team! Both the girls Giota and Angeliki, as well as Konstantinos were very helpful in everything we asked for.

Κάθε φορά χωρις να έχω υπερβεί το μηνιαίο όριο πόντων μαζί με τον άνδρα μου, μονίμως υπάρχει πρόβλημα. Εχθές το απόγευμα αγόρασα τέσσερα terra με κάρτα (υπάρχει το screenshot της τράπεζας).Η κοπέλα μου ζήτησε όπως πάντα το τηλέφωνο, και σήμερα μέχρι αυτή την ώρα δεν περάστηκαν πόντοι στο iqos club. Το ίδιο έγινε και τον προηγούμενο μήνα. Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί πρέπει να καταντάει τόσο δύσκολο το αυτονόητο (που παρέχεται ως επιβράβευση στον καταναλωτή). Αναγκάζομαι μια η δύο φορές τον μήνα να τηλεφωνώ στην Αθήνα για να μου περάσουν τους πόντους. Αδιανόητο. Από εδώ και πέρα μόνο online αγορές για να αποφευχθεί το οποιοδήποτε λάθος από το προσωπικό. I can honestly not understand what the malfunction is with the iqos points. Every time I have not exceeded the monthly point limit with my husband, there is always a problem. Yesterday afternoon I bought four terra with a card (there is a screenshot of the bank). My girlfriend asked for the phone as usual, and until today no points have been spent at the iqos club. The same thing happened last month. I can not understand why the obvious (which is provided as a reward to the consumer) must become so difficult. I have to call once or twice a month in Athens to get my points. Unthinkable. From now on only online shopping to avoid any mistake by the staff.
Ι	Ιλιανα Στεφ. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Και τα 3 παιδιά, η Γιώτα, ο Κωνσταντίνος και η Αγγελική είναι τρομερά εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί. Κατευθείαν με έκαναν να νιώσω άνετα και κέρδισαν επιτόπου την εμπιστοσύνη μου. Έλυσαν άμεσα το πρόβλημα μου με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο και τους ευχαριστω πολυ για αυτό. Μακάρι όλες οι επιχειρήσεις να δουλευαν με αυτό τον τρόπο. All 3 children, Giota, Konstantinos and Angeliki are very helpful and kind. They immediately made me feel comfortable and gained my trust on the spot. They immediately solved my problem in the best possible way and I thank them very much for that. I wish all companies worked this way.
