Bei der Sauberkeit und dem Service gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Alles war komplikationslos. Die Hausherrin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend - eine echte Mama. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt, bei den den Kindern drehte sich alles um die Tiere und den Pool. As a family, we stayed with Irene for two weeks. The comfort is simple, but everything is there that you need. There was nothing to complain about with the cleanliness and the service. We were very satisfied. Everything was straightforward. The landlady is very friendly, helpful and accommodating - a real mom. We felt very comfortable, with the children everything revolved around the animals and the pool.

Апартаменты с кухней оснащёной электрической плитой с духовкой, СВЧ, холодильником, чайником, тостером. Есть необходимый набор посуды. Совмещённый санузел с ванной. Уборка в номере раз в три дня со сменой белья. На территории бассейн, джакузи, сауна, мангал, зона отдыха, детская площадка. Рядом с отелем расположена чудесная таверна Схедия, занимающая 1 место в Иеропетре. Здесь готовят замечательные местные блюда: вкусные, с большим размером порций и относительно недорогой ценой. Хотя меню не отличается большим разнообразием, но попробовав один раз, забыть их невозможно! Особенно хочется отметить хозяина таверны Джорджио! Благодаря его душевности и непревзойденному мастерству, хочется приходить сюда и не раз! Рекомендуем! Hospitable hosts. Convenient location, beach within walking distance. Apartments with a kitchen equipped with an electric stove with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster. There is a necessary set of dishes. Combined bathroom with bath. Room cleaning every three days with a change of linen. On the territory there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, barbecue, recreation area, playground. Near the hotel is the wonderful Scheedia tavern, which occupies the 1st place in Hieropetra. They prepare wonderful local dishes: tasty, large portion sizes and relatively inexpensive prices. Although the menu is not very diverse, it is impossible to forget them after trying them once! I especially want to mention the owner of the tavern, Giorgio! Thanks to his soulfulness and unsurpassed skill, I want to come here more than once! Recommended!
A	A Google User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach wirklich sehr herzlichen Empfang schnell die Ernüchterung, lärmende, betrunkene und aggressive Gäste die den Pool und die eigene Terrasse unbenutzbar machten. Dem Vermieter gelang es nicht( oder wollte nicht) dem Treiben Einhalt zu gebieten. Nach Drohungen gegen unsere Kinder sind wir am zweiten Tag abgereist. Der Vermieter zeigte sich erst einsichtig und sagte uns die Rückerstattung für die nicht genutzten Tage zu, will aber jetzt nichts mehr davon wissen und behauptet wir hätten uns darauf geeinigt auf unserer Geld zu verzichten und irgendwann die restlichen Tage nachzuholen. Urteilen sie bitte selbst wie wahrscheinlich so eine Einigung von unserer Seite aus wäre. Fazit: Eine gepflegte aber in die Jahre gekommen Anlage an der Landstraße außerhalb der Stadt mit für uns erst freundlichen aber einem Problemfall betrügerischen Vermietern, muss man nicht haben. In nächster Umgebung gibt es wirklich besseres. Und nachholen werden wir die Tage bestimmt nicht das ist kein Geld wert. After really very warm welcome the disillusionment, noisy, drunk and aggressive guests made the pool and the private terrace unusable. The landlord did not succeed (or did not) to stop the hustle and bustle. After threats against our children, we left on the second day. The landlord was first clear and told us the refund for the unused days, but now wants to know anything more about it and claims we had agreed to give up our money and catch up on some of the remaining days. Please judge yourself how likely such an agreement would be on our part. Conclusion: A neat but aged resort on the road outside the city with for us only friendly but a problem case fraudulent landlords, you do not have. In the immediate vicinity there is really better. And we will not make up for the days that is not worth the money.

Elle m'a montré son appartement très coquet avec vue mer et montagne et une très grande terrasse. Le jardin est superbe, très bien entretenu et aménagé. Une havre de paix au bord de la route Ierapetra-Sitia. Le coin bibliothèque dans le jardin est une excellente idée, bravo. La piscine paraît plus grande sur les photos mais la mer est à 10 pas. I accompanied a friend who spent ten nights there and who was very happy with her experience. She showed me her very pretty apartment with sea and mountain views and a very large terrace. The garden is superb, very well maintained and landscaped. A haven of peace on the Ierapetra-Sitia road. The library corner in the garden is a great idea, well done. The swimming pool looks bigger in the photos but the sea is 10 steps away.

I	Ivan Senin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay. The hosts are very nice and helpful. The property's landscape is top notch. Some of the bathroom and kitchen equipments feel a bit worn. Tip: if you're traveling w/o a car be aware that it'll be quite a walk to reach the city center from the Villa. There are some tavernas and supermarket in 10min walk, but you must probably still would like to visit the center.
