Very helpful. The sound quality on my iPhone speaker was very poor. It only needed cleaning after all. They did it and didn't charge for it.

Very helpful staff, knowledgeable of the iPhone series, supportive and polite. A little on the expensive side but it is OK.

The services requested were the replacement of an iPhone screen with protective film and replacement of camera . Both previously on the phone and once on the spot, I was told it would take 20’ to be fixed. The cost for each part was also given for my information for a total of 100€. I was left to wait one hour accompanied by 2 toddlers (1,5 and 3 years old) and when I was given the invoice, no camera was mentioned on it and the total was 105€. When I asked how would the guarantee work if the camera did not appear on the invoice (they insisted it was changed) the guy at the counter told me with an attitude it was of no importance as they had it in their system but “whatever, I will change it” and continued with his work, presumptuously ignoring me and the kids and the already one hour spent there! I had to raise my voice to get his attention and finally manage getting a new invoice mentioning the camera this time and for the same amount ?.. meaning that somehow the prices of the screen and protective film were changed (!) from one invoice to another. Anti transparent and anti professional attitude overall. Serious doubts about the actual replacement of the camera. The guy at the counter needs some serious training to fix his attitude towards clients. Edition to my comment as a reply to the reply of the store: I will give you five stars for your quick reply (quicker than the service I got ;) ) but above all for your sense of humour I guess, as I can t see how I seemed “more than satisfied” having to spend all this time in your store running after 2 babies! You’re funny. If my frustration was not already clear at this point, you may have understood it when I raised my voice in order to get the attention of the guy at the counter telling him I ve had just about enough of him ignoring me.. just saying.. or wasn’t t that clear either? In any case, you are indeed correct when you guess I chose irepair for its reputation for having used it many times in the past and very happily I must say (Halandri, Piraeus etc). So yes. The problem is actually with Aghia Paraskevi’s store obviously.

Very good customer service. They know what are they doing giving solutions and helping solving problems in good prices. Sometimes even without charging their services like an inspection or an update . Only that sometimes repairing time frames are....long.

Very satisfied with this service. They solved a serious problem of my Mac Pro in less than 2 hours including regular telephone updates. Very polite and efficient, highly recommended.

After a visit to Samsung official service dealer in Greece, where they could not repair my device and not even restore the data I visited the Irepair store. Device was successfully repaired, with warranty and most important of all Data was restored! Keep up the good work guys!

I had to change a broken screen on an iPhone XR and they replaced it with a non original apple screen and my cellphone since then does not work properly on typing and screen ID face (they charged me 200€ For that screen, and I found it 25€ on eBay ) beware of those guys because they acted like nothing happened . Apple authorized partner? More like apple authorized scammers
