★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι υπάλληλοι στο κατάστημα της Βέροιας με εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα και αποτελεσματικά. Το ακουστικό σταμάτησες να λειτουργεί λόγω υγρασίας. Και μεσα σε δέκα λεπτά έλυσαν το πρόβλημα!! Επίσης ηταν ευγενέστατοι και πολυ πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν!
The employees in the store of Veria served me immediately and efficiently. The handset stopped working due to humidity. And within ten minutes they solved the problem !! They were also very kind and very willing to help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν λίγο καιρό χρειάστηκε να πάρω backup από ένα iPhone 11 pro max το οποίο δεν άνοιγε επειδή είχε γεμίσει η μνήμη του. Ο τεχνικός είχε πολύ καλή γνώση του προβλήματος και μας εξήγησε όλα τα πιθανά σενάρια. Λόγο εξαιρετικής συμπεριφοράς και γνώσης από την πλευρά του καταστήματος κατάφερα να πάρω όλα μου τα αρχεία και να επανέλθει το κινητό στην αρχική του κατάσταση.
Υπήρχε άψογη συνεννόηση με το κατάστημα και ενημέρωση για την εξέλιξη της διαδικασίας. Ο χρόνος εξυπηρέτησης, όπως και όλη η εμπειρία, ήταν άψογη. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στον υπάλληλο.
Some time ago I had to get a backup of an iPhone 11 pro max which did not open because its memory was full. The technician had a very good knowledge of the problem and explained to us all the possible scenarios. Due to excellent behavior and knowledge on the part of the store, I managed to get all my files and return the mobile to its original state.
There was impeccable communication with the store and information on the progress of the process. The service time, like the whole experience, was impeccable. A big thumbs up to the employee.
