I even changed the first one I got, and the new one, despite working properly when tested there, was dysfunctional like the first one, after using it once. I am not sure if I can change it yet again but it's a shame in those hard times to have to go through this.

Tried a few places and they couldn’t do it and then got to iRepair and they fixed it in less than an hour and in a professional way! This was a very good experience for us and it put a huge smile on my son’s face! Thank you!
