★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. I usually don’t write reviews and try to help stores as much as possible but they the iRepair is a fraud. I repaired my screen there and within a month, without me breaking it, it presented malfunctions and glitches on the screen escalating in magnitude until I could not use it. When I got it fixed they said they that the warranty did not cover it because “they didn’t know what the issue was” so I had to pay again for a new screen. After I left I realized that they messed up the camera so now it trembles when I take pictures. Now I am in the unfortunate position where the same problems appeared with the screen once again to the point that I cannot use it. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND THEY DO A BAD JOB. Do not be fooled by them like I was. I hope this review helps you decide to use a different vendor :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought them my laptop to fix because of a small problem regarding my video card, they kept my computer for 4 days and they did a full wipe i paid 20 euros for them to make a “backup”, none of my games/files were actually backed up after the wipe I thought that my computer would run well again, it doesn’t. It runs extremely slowly and instead of repairing my computer as it says in their name they ruined it, I took it back and they said that there was nothing they could do about it. I’m going to buy a new computer in the near future because of this but for now I have to suffer with my now ruined and very slow pc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my iMac here in December 2020 because my graphic card stopped working. So I needed a new card and I also asked them to put an SSD disk in.
I got my computer back after a month and paid 350 Euros. The fan was very noisy and they had deleted all my applications without warning me first.
A week ago my imac suddenly stopped working completely and showed a white screen. I decided to take it elsewhere and was told my disk was dead and that I had therefore lost everything on it. I also found out the following about the iRepair service:
- The SSD disk, the brand of which noone had heard of and with scratched out info, had been secured with sellotape (see photos). The screws that would normally secure the chassis were missing.
- The disk should have been installed with fan control hardware so as not to overheat. It wasn't and that is why it died. That's also why the iMac fan was making a very loud noise.
- The screen had been replaced with 3 screws instead of 4.
I am trying to find out who the Manager is on the internet, without success.
