Επρεπε να παιρνω καθε φορά τηλεφωνο για να δω τι είχε γίνει με την περιπτωση μου, ενω υποτιθεται θα με ειδοποιούσαν αυτοί και η διακαιολογια ηταν οτι με πήραν και δεν με βρηκαν ενώ ειχα δώσει μονο κινητο τηλεφωνο, οπότε θα εβλεπα την προσπαθεια τους να με παρουν. Εχασα 10 μέρες να περιμενω μια απαντηση σε θεμα που ειχα δρομολογήσει την λύση και τελικά δεν το προχώρησαν.
Κριμα γιατι ημουν ήδη πελάτης σε αλλα συμβόλαια.
Unacceptable service
I had to call every time to see what had happened to my case, while they were supposed to notify me and the excuse was that they took me and did not find me while I had only given a mobile phone, so I would see their attempt to pick me up . I lost 10 days waiting for an answer on a topic that I had launched the solution and in the end they did not proceed.
Too bad I was already a customer in other contracts.
