A	Athina P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγέλνω πολύ συχνά. Οι τιμές τους σε πάρα πολλά πράγματα είναι ανταγωνιστικές, συγκριτικά με άλλα μεγάλα ή/και μεγαλύτερα καταστήματα! Οι παραγγελίες έρχονται γρήγορα και είναι πολύ φιλικό σε ερωτήσεις το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο. I order very often. Their prices in many things are competitive, compared to other big and / or bigger stores! Orders come quickly and the call center is very questionable.

Σε 2 ηλεκτρονικές παραγγελίες που έχουμε κάνει μας έχουν στείλει email ότι έχει δρομολογηθεί η παραγγελία και μετά από τρεις μέρες μας κάλεσαν να μας πουν ότι το προϊόν δεν υπάρχει. Μάλιστα μας πρότειναν κάτι παραπλήσιο. Αντί για ένα μπλε βρεφικο μαγιό μας πρότειναν Ροζ. Όπως λέει και ο Κουτσούμπας...λίγη ντροπή δεν βλάπτει Let the people in charge become a little more professional. A	Anastasia Kollia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρχικά οι πρώτες 2 εμπειρίες μου δεν ήταν καλές!! Όμως , η εταιρεία έχει βελτιωθεί πάρα πολύ σε εξυπηρέτηση και σε επικοινωνία. Η παραλαβές πλέον είναι άμεσες.... Ακόμη και όταν δημιουργήθηκε το ένα θέμα ήταν πρόθυμοι να με εξυπηρετήσουν και και το παραπάνω τους αξίζουν πια 5 αστέρια... Η επαφή με το κατάστημα με δυσκόλεψε λίγο στο ωράριο γιατί κλείνουν το μεσημέρι και λίγο πιο νωρίς το βράδυ!! Αξίζουν συγχαρητήρια όμως!!! Initially my first 2 experiences were not good !! However, the company has greatly improved in service and communication. Receipts are now immediate .... Even when one issue was created they were willing to serve me and the above they now deserve 5 stars ... Contact with the store made it a little difficult for me because they close at noon and a little more early in the evening !! Congratulations though !!!
M	Maria Paraskeuopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγείλαμε πριν λίγες μέρες ένα παιδικό καθισμα αυτοκινήτου. Το irokids ήταν από τα ελάχιστα καταστήματα που δε χρέωναν αλλά πόσα χρήματα για Μεταφορικά. Γρήγορη παραλαβή, μέσα στα πλαίσια που αναφέρεται. Να αναφέρω πως αφού τοποθετήσαμε το κάθισμα κάπου χάθηκε ένα μαξιλαράκια μικρό. Μόλις το αναφέραμε στο κατάστημα, την επόμενη μέρα ήδη μας ενημέρωσαν πως στέλνουν άλλο προς αντικατάσταση. Χωρίς καν να ρωτήσουν πως και γιατί. Φοβερή εξυπηρέτηση και σίγουρα θα τους ξανά προτιμήσω. We ordered a child car seat a few days ago. The irokids were one of the few stores that did not charge but how much money for Shipping. Quick receipt, within the box mentioned. Let me mention that after we placed the seat somewhere, a small cushion was lost. As soon as we mentioned it in the store, the next day they already informed us that they are sending another one for replacement. Without even asking how and why. Awesome service and I will definitely prefer them again.
Ν	ΝΕΣΤΩΡΙΑ ΦΡΑΓΚΟΥΛΙΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρόκειται για ένα πολύ καλό κατάστημα βρεφικών-παιδικών ειδών με μεγάλη ποικιλία προϊόντων όλων των εταιρειών. Η τοποθεσία του είναι βολική και εύκολα προσβάσιμη, καθώς είναι στο κέντρο του Αιγάλεω.Το προσωπικό του είναι εξυπηρετικό, αλλά ίσως πρέπει να συνεννοούνται καλύτερα μεταξύ τους(π.χ. τιμές, εκπτώσεις).Οι τιμές του καταστήματος κυμαίνονται σε λογικά επίπεδα και σε κάποια προϊόντα ίσως είναι λίγο πιο υψηλές από άλλα καταστήματα.Θα έπρεπε να σκεφτούν το γεγονός να δημιουργήσουν κάρτα μέλους καθώς πρόκειται για ένα κατάστημα που μπορεί κανείς να αγοράσει ότι χρειάζεται ένα μωρό και θα ήταν καλή ιδέα η επιβράβευση των τακτικών πελατών. This is a very good store of baby-children's items with a wide variety of products from all companies. Its location is convenient and easily accessible, as it is in the center of Egaleo. The staff is helpful, but maybe they should communicate better with each other (eg prices, discounts). some products may be a bit higher than other stores. They should consider creating a membership card as this is a store where one can buy what a baby needs and it would be a good idea to reward regular customers.

Επίσης, σε σύγκριση με αλλά καταστήματα (ηλεκτρονικά και μη) οι τιμές σε αυτά που τελικά αγόρασα ήταν 5-6 ευρώ πιο φθηνά το κάθε ένα. Quite a wide variety of products, but for me the most important thing was the immediate receipt and the correct packaging of the package. Also, compared to other stores (online and offline) the prices of the ones I finally bought were 5-6 euros cheaper each.
