★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Σε δέμα από UK αρνήθηκαν να το παραδώσουν στην αναγραφόμενη διεύθυνση. Αντ' αυτού το παρέδωσαν στα ΕΛΤΑ και με υποχρέωσαν να το παραλάβω από εκεί, φυσικά σε εργάσιμες μέρες και ώρες. Σε επικοινωνία που είχα μαζί τους μου είπαν ότι εμείς ότι παραλαμβάνουμε από iparcel UK τα διανέμουμε μέσω ΕΛΤΑ και όχι στο σπίτι, πετώντας φυσικά το μπαλάκι στην AMAZON.
Unacceptable. A parcel from the UK refused to deliver it to the address indicated. Instead they handed it over to ELTA and forced me to pick it up there, of course in working days and hours. In a conversation I had with them, they told me that we, as we receive from iparcel UK, distribute them via ELTA and not at home, of course throwing the ball at AMAZON.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση. Ενδιαφερθηκαν να ψάξουν ένα δέμα που περίμενα από Amazon και το βιαζομουν (ενώ δεν ήταν υποχρεωμένοι) και με εξυπηρέτησαν αμεσα. Μπράβο και ευχαριστώ στα παιδιά!
Excellent service. They were interested in looking for a parcel I was expecting from Amazon and I was in a hurry (while not obliged) and they served me immediately. Well done and thanks guys!
