Σ	Σεραφειμ Κυριακιδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι πληρώνεις παίρνεις! 450€ στρώμα 1.60 2.00 και ύψος 0.33 πόντους χωρίς ελατήρια, μόνο με σφουγγάρι και επάνω άφρο memory foam. Η αγορά έγινε αρχές Φεβρουαρίου 2018 και δύο εβδομάδες μετά άρχισε το πρόβλημα! Ο αφρός που έχει επάνω μυρίζει και μυρίζει άσχημα. Μαζί με αυτόν μυριζαν άσχημα τα σεντόνια, το πάπλωμα, οι πιτζάμες και το δέρμα μου. Πήγα στο κατάστημα ένα μήνα μετά τους είπα ότι το δωμάτιο και όλα εκεί μέσα μυρίζουν άσχημα ενώ θα έπρεπε να μυρίζει ευχάριστα,και μου είπαν θα φύγει η μυρωδιά έτσι είναι στην αρχή! Δύο εβδομάδες μετά ξανά πήγα στο κατάστημα και τους είπα ότι δε μπορώ άλλο αυτή τη μυρωδιά, έχω συνέχεια ανοιχτή την μπαλκονόπορτα για να ξεμυρισει το δωμάτιο, έχει παγώσει και όταν ξαπλώνω λόγο της θερμότητας ξανά μυρίζει. Μου ζήτησαν να στείλω φώτο το μπαρκόουντ και έτσι έκανα. Με το λοιπόν, 45 μέρες μετά θυμήθηκαν να με πάρουν τηλέφωνο και να μου πουν ότι η παραγωγή αυτή δεν έχει κανένα πρόβλημα! ΕΛΑ! Και γω γιατί άλλαξα δωμάτιο μεεεεεεεεεχρι να ξεμυρισει; Ο αφρός σας έχει πρόβλημα όχι η παραγωγή. Απίστευτοι! Επίσης στην εξόφληση μου πρότειναν και ένα κάλυμμα για το καινούργιο μου στρώμα ώστε να προστατευεται 30 € το οποίο δεν είναι για το στρώμα που αγόρασα γιατί σακουλιάζει στο κέντρο και όσο και να τεντωνεις το σεντόνι το κρεβάτι φαίνεται ακατάστατο, και φυσικά δε μου το αλλάζουν γιατί χρησιμοποιηθηκε. Σύνολο; 480 € για ένα στρώμα που δε κοιμάμαι και φαίνεται σαν να μόλις ξύπνησα! Ελπίζω να βοηθήσω τους επόμενους, γιατί με ένα αστέρι τι καταλάβεις ? And why did I change my room until it faded? Your foam has a problem not the production. Incredible! They also offered me a cover for my new mattress to pay $ 30 which is not for the mattress I bought because it sits in the center and as long as you stretch the bed the bed looks messy, and of course they don't change it because used. Χ	ΧΡΥΣΟΒΑΛΑΝΤΗΣ ΦΡΑΓΚΟΥΛΗΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ εταιρεία.Εγινε αγορά στρώματος και μαξιλαριού.το κάλυμμα από το μαξιλάρι χάλασε στην πρώτη πλύση του στους 30 βαθμούς που ήταν η ενδεδειγμένη θερμοκρασία για πλύσιμο.αφου έγινε η επικοινωνία με την εταιρία, αρνήθηκαν την αντικατάσταση του. UNACCEPTABLE company. Mattress and pillow were purchased. The cover from the pillow broke in its first wash at 30 degrees which was the appropriate temperature for washing. After contacting the company, they refused to replace it.

Και η απάντηση ότι το εργοστάσιο δέν κάνει αντικατάσταση ???Τότε τι εγγύηση μας λέτε για την αγορά του στρώματος?? Στρώμα 800€ με ημερομηνία λήξης ????Μακριά από Ιστικμπαλ στρώματα!!!! Unacceptable !!! Mattress in 2 years has made cavities !! With photos for proof !!! And the answer that the factory does not replace ??? Then what guarantee do you tell us to buy the mattress ??
