★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απο το κατάστημα της Λάρισας, πήραμε 2 φορες ελαττωματικό στρώμα. Στην 3ή φορα που ζητήσαμε να επιλέξουμε ενα αλλο, αντί να κανουμε παλι αντικατάσταση, διαλέξαμε ενα οικονομικότερο κατα 200€. Λογικό κ επόμενο δεν ειναι είτε να ζητήσεις το υπόλοιπο ποσο των χρημάτων σου πισω (πραγμα αβέβαιο φυσικα) ή έστω να παρεις κατι ακομα (πχ 2 μαξιλάρια) ώστε να συμπληρώσεις το αρχικό ποσο που διεθεσες;;;; Δυστυχώς
, βάση της πολιτικής τους (οπως λένε) δεν το δέχονται. Λυπάμαι που επιλέξαμε την εταιρεία σας. Είμαστε ενα νέο ζευγάρι που τωρα φτιαχνει το σπιτικό του, σιγα σιγα. Δυσαρεστηθήκαμε εντονα και εννοειται πως δεν θα ξαναεπιλεξουμε τα προϊόντα σας αν ειναι να μας κοροϊδεύετε ετσι.
 From the Larissa store, we got 2 times a defective mattress. In the third time we asked to choose another, instead of making an old replacement, we chose a more economical 200 €. It is not reasonable either to ask for the rest of your money back (naturally, of course) or even to do something else (eg 2 pillows) to fill in the initial amount you put in? Unfortunately
, based on their policy (as they say) do not accept it. I'm sorry we chose your company. We are a new couple who is now making his home, I was quiet. We are very nervous and we mean that we will not re-select your products if you are fooling us so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάναμε παραγγελία 2 μαξιλάρια,μας ενημέρωσαν ότι θα πρέπει να περιμένουμε 2 μήνες όπως και κάναμε..στους 2.5 μήνες μετά από τηλεφώνημα μας στο κατάστημα για να δούμε τι γίνεται εφόσον δεν ήρθαν μας ενημέρωσαν ότι δεν είχαν κάνει την παραγγελία τόσο καιρό και δεν το είχαν καταλάβει μέχρι που τηλεφωνήσαμε..μας είπαν να περιμένουμε λίγο ακόμα να έρθουν με την επόμενη παραγγελία που θα τους φέρουνε ..είμαστε στους 3 μήνες + και μετά από τηλέφωνο μας ξανά ,μας ενημέρωσαν ότι τα μαξιλάρια μας ηρθαν τελικά αλλά τα έδωσαν αλλού κατά λαθος και να περιμένουμε εκ νέου!ότι να ναι πραγματικά!
We ordered 2 pillows, they informed us that we should wait 2 months as we did..in 2.5 months after our phone call to the store to see what happens if they did not come they informed us that they had not placed the order for so long and had not understand until we called..they told us to wait a little longer to come with the next order that will bring them ..we are in 3 months + and after our phone again, they informed us that our pillows finally came but they gave them elsewhere by mistake and wait again! that yes really!
