★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μη τι άλλο,φιλικότατη εξυπηρέτηση.Ωστόσο,δεν έχω πειστεί για την ποιότητα των προϊόντων της istikbal.Στους τρεις μήνες που έχουμε τη κρεβατοκαμαρα αλλάξαμε και τα δύο υποστρώματα λόγω τριγμών.Τωρα τρίζει πάλι το καινούργιο υπόστρωμα και θα απαιτήσω εκ νέου αντικατάσταση.Στα email παραπόνων μου παρόλο που δεν πήρα ποτέ απάντηση, έχω κατοχυρώσει τους ενδοιασμούς μου a priori.
 If anything, friendly service. However, I have not been convinced about the quality of istikbal products. In the three months we have the bedroom we changed both substrates due to cracks. Now it again threatens the new substrate and will require re-replacement. my complaints email, even though I never answered, have avoided my a priori.

Good environment with light and polite staff as they look good for the products. When I sleep in the mattress I bought I will tell you. ..... Reasonable prices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειχα παρει μια δερμάτινη πολυθρόνα γραφείου , σε λογικη τιμή και ΧΑΛΑΣΕ μεσα σε ΕΝΑ ΜΉΝΑ...Μετά ειχα παρει ολόκληρο σετ κρεβατοκάμαρας και οταν το φέρανε υπηρχαν είδη φθορές μικρες σχετικά ,αλλα δεν ειναι ωραια οπτικά και ειχαν πει οτι θα τα αλλάξουν, π.χ. ο καθρέφτης ηταν φιμε και λέγανε οτι θα το αλλάξουν για εναν ανοιχτόχρωμο κανονικο καθρέφτη.. ΚΑΙ ΣΤΑ ΛΟΓΙΑ ΜΕΊΝΑΝΕ...οποτε δεν το συνιστώ το κατάστημα για να πάρετε επιπλα απο εκει .
I had bought a leather office chair, at a reasonable price and it WAS WRONG in ONE MONTH ... Then I had bought a whole set of bedroom and when they brought it there were some relatively small damages, but they are not nice visually and they said they would change them, e.g. χ. the mirror was tinted and they said that they would change it for a light colored regular mirror .. AND THE WORDS LEFT ... so I do not recommend the store to get furniture from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και επικοινωνία με το προσωπικό. Τα επιπλα αν δεν ειναι ετοιμοπαραδατα αργουν λίγο αλλά τουλάχιστον έρχονται, τα στήνουν κ παίρνουν κ τα σκουπίδια μαζί τους. Πολυ γρήγορα τα παιδιά που ήρθαν για συναρμολόγηση.
Very good service and communication with the staff. If the furniture is not ready to be delivered, it takes a while but at least they come, set it up and take the garbage with them. Very quickly the kids who came for assembly.
