★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living abroad I’ve been many times to a actual Apple store. These guys are completely missing the culture, client focus support and even the ability to utilise the Apple platform effectively. Not sure what makes them an “official apple reseller”!
It was impossible to believe that the “trade in” option they are offering does not allow you to utilise the copy phone function from the old to the new device as they expect you to bring in the old device pre-wiped and they do not provide any support or even allow you to do the setup and transfer of data in store. It’s completely ridiculous.
The I-storm person even suggested I use iTunes to back up, which has not been an option for a long time…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience with a iPhone X with a problem in the screen. Prompt communication and great service. The screen was replaced for free, due to a defective part that Apple's has already announced. We are not located in Athens, however the phone was sent back to us free of charge with registered courier. Thank you for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shockingly bad service. They promised to repair my MacBook within 2 weeks. It took 3 MONTHS, with barely any communication from them and numerous unanswered calls and emails from me.
When I finally received it, the sound was faulty. 9 months later, the motherboard they replaced is faulty. I lost 600 EUR to this.
IStorm is supposed to be an official Apple provider, but the service level is nowhere near Apple standard.
In Europe, I would recommend going to a country with an official Apple store as there are really no good servicing options in Greece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service from a so-promising company! The staff is very rude and uninterested towards their customers! A friend of mine sent his phone for a battery change ( which is typical a 1 day process) in Thursday only to receive it the next Tuesday! Such a shame for iStorm which claims authenticity but still offers none!
