★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During our stay in Delphi we decided to visit Itea as well.
We spent here just a morning, walk and aperitif on the seafront.
It's a very nice seafront, full of bars and restaurants.
Looks like a good place to spend some days with family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this quirky little town! I don't speak Greek, but everyone seemed to really appreciate my few words I (tried) to say :). We visited in March. It was very quiet. It you visit here you must eat at Little Chicken's! Delicious and very reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant harbour town with a comprehensive range of shops and a wealth of restaurants many enjoying fabulous views. Not lost on any antiquarian is the fact that Kirra village port is where the Kings of Mycene would have docked to begin their pilgrimage to the Oracle of Delphi visible from the shore. The prehistoric footpath is largely as they would have known it and can be walked there and back in a day. Watch out for hoplites!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Itea, Kerra, & Galaxidi, coastal towns near Delphi. Itea & Kerra are 20mins drive from Delphi and worth a visit. Swim at Nafsika Beach Club Kerra (really great music & loud). Galaxidi is further and looks like an island village with really narrow streets and a boat filled small bay. #Itea #Kerra #Galaxidi #Delphi #Greece

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful town, not far from Kirra, where I m lodging. For me especially is important because there is an ancient path, you can go walking to Delphi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a little seaside town. Got too windy when we were here and the sea was dirty. Saw fire planes taking water on board for fire extinction. Be careful no shops work on Sundays

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its was a sleeping town when I walked there. Hope it is more alive in the seasons. Buts it is nice to walk on the beach . Good restaurants tho.
If you are in Delphi and you want to go down the beach so its the place.
