N	Natalia Sprl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Πρώτη φορά τέτοια συμπεριφορά από κατάστημα. Παραγγείλαμε μέσω efood παγωτό και μας έφερναν λάθος γεύση. Τους καλέσαμε να ρωτήσουμε μήπως έγινε λαθος και η απάντηση ήταν ότι τους είχε τελειώσει η γεύση που ζητήσαμε και αποφάσισαν μόνοι τους να μας βάλουν μια άλλη . Στο τηλέφωνο ήταν αγενεστατοι και μας μίλησαν με απαράδεκτο τρόπο.Γενικοτερα θα ήταν καλό όταν υπάρχει έλλειψη να ενημερώνεται ο πελάτης και όχι να λαμβάνει προϊόντα που δεν έχει παραγγείλει. Unacceptable! This is the first time such behavior from a store. We ordered ice cream through efood and they brought us the wrong taste. We called them to ask if something was wrong and the answer was that they had run out of the flavor we asked for and they decided to put us another one on their own. They were rude on the phone and talked to us in an unacceptable way. In general, it would be good when there is a lack of information to the customer and not to receive products that he has not ordered.

Υπάρχει ποικιλία στις πραλίνες για τις γλυκές κρεπες και αυτο μ’αρεσει. Οι τιμές πολυ κανονικές. One of the few shops that serve my home through efood. Επίσης οι 2 κρέπες ήταν με απλή nucrema και όχι φερρερο που επιλέξαμε. Αμαρτία να δίνεις τα χρήματα σου για τόσο μικρή κρέπα, κρίμα. While in the previous orders the crepes were as they should be in quality and size, in today's order via e-food they came as small as possible. Also the 2 crepes were with simple nucrema and not ferrero that we chose. It is a sin to give your money for such a small crepe, a pity.
