★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκαμε το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί, αυτή την φορά για brunch. Ήταν γεμάτο οπότε κάτσαμε στο μοναδικο τραπέζι που ήταν κενό. Μετά από 2 ώρες και ενώ το μαγαζί σχεδόν είχε αδειάσει, μετακινηθηκαμε σε άλλο τραπεζι πιο ζεστό και πιο ανετο. Και μετά από 5 λεπτά ήρθε αυτή της υποδοχής, μας ρώτησε αν έχει ελέγξει τα πιστοποιητικά μας (προφανώς και τα είχε ελέγξει) και μας είπε ότι για το συγκεκριμένο τραπέζι έχει γίνει κράτηση και να μετακινηθουμε.
Μετά από 5 λεπτά ήρθαν δύο νεαροί τους οποίους έβαλε στο συγκεκριμένο τραπέζι και τους οποίους φυσικά φάνηκε να γνωρίζει καλά.
Γνωρίζω ότι σε αυτό το μαγαζί γίνονται κρατήσεις ΜΟΝΟ για φιάλη ή φαγητό και οι συγκεκριμένοι πήραν απλά καφέ. Στο παρελθόν είχα πάρει τηλ για κράτηση και μου είπαν ότι δεν γίνονται.
Αν οι κρατήσεις είναι επιλεκτικές ή διόρθωστε την πολιτική σας και να μην δέχεστε γενικά κρατήσεις ή να μάθει η συγκεκριμένη να κάνει την δουλειά της σωστά.
We visited this store, this time for brunch. It was full so we sat at the only table that was empty. After 2 hours and while the store was almost empty, we moved to another table warmer and more comfortable. And after 5 minutes the receptionist came, asked us if he had checked our certificates (obviously he had checked them) and told us that the specific table had been booked and we had to move.
After 5 minutes came two young people whom he put on the specific table and whom of course he seemed to know well.
I know that in this shop reservations are made ONLY for a bottle or food and these people just got coffee. In the past I had called for a reservation and they told me that it is not possible.
If the reservations are selective or correct your policy and do not generally accept reservations or let the specific one learn to do its job properly.

Very nice and comfortable place.
We preferred the bar on the floor and despite the fact that there was no music due to the measures against covid we had a great time !
