G	George Georgiadis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πηγαμε εκδρομη με το σχολειο μας (συζυγος και κορη οχι εγω για αυτο δεν εχω και σοβαρες φωτο) απο οτι μου ειπαν ηταν αρκετα καλα σε ολα τους και το ξενοδοχειο και ολα τα μαγαζια στην πολη, αλλου ειχανε προβλημα αλλα δεν το βρισκω στον χαρτη! We went on an excursion with our school (husband and daughter, I do not have serious photos for that) from what they told me it was quite good in all of them and the hotel and all the shops in the city, elsewhere they had a problem but I do not find it on the map!

Excellent hotel in Elassona, 5 minutes walk from the city center, clean and tidy, with excellent service from Mrs. Jane and her staff.

Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση.Το δωμάτιό μου ήταν πολύ όμορφο και ότι πρέπει για χαλάρωση πριν από μία ανάβαση στον Όλυμπο. Beautiful hotel, the gentleman at the reception very kind and willing. Immediate service. My room was very nice and everything you need for relaxation before a climb to Olympus.
V	V Tria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το Πάσχα (16 ΑΠΡΙΛΙΟΥ) του 2017 χρειάστηκε να επισκεφθώ την Ελασσόνα. Αναζητώντας ηλεκτρονικά, την 14 Μαρτίου, την ύπαρξη ξενοδοχείων, βρέθηκα μπροστά σε 4 επιλογές, εκ των οποίων μόνο οι 3 διέθεταν ιστοσελίδα. Από τα 3 ξενοδοχεία το ένα δεν είχε διαθεσιμότητα, το άλλο είχε κάποια αρνητική κριτική και το τελευταίο, «HAMOS PLACE-Jayne’s Rooms», στην δική του ιστοσελίδα, παρουσίαζε διαθεσιμότητα δωματίων. Προχώρησα στην διαδικασία κράτησης και για μεγαλύτερη αξιοπιστία κατέβαλα την απαιτούμενη προκαταβολή μέσω PayPal, μέθοδο πληρωμής που περιλαμβανόταν στην ιστοσελίδα. Έκανα όμως το μοιραίο λάθος. «Λογάριασα χωρίς τον ξενοδόχο» …. Δεν επικοινώνησα και με άλλο τρόπο με το κατάλυμα και έτσι όταν εμφανίστηκα την 12:00 της ημέρας της διαμονής, μου δήλωσαν ότι δεν έχουν κάποια κράτηση στο όνομά μου, ούτε κάποιο σχετικό mail (ίσως πρέπει να σημειώσω ότι τα τελευταία τουλάχιστον 15 χρόνια που χρησιμοποιώ αυτή την διαδικασία δεν μου έχει ξανασυμβεί κάτι παρόμοιο). Για να μη μείνω χωρίς κατάλυμα, μου πρότειναν να δω τα ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια κάποιου συγγενούς, τα οποία όμως δεν πληρούσαν τις κατάλληλες, για εμένα, προϋποθέσεις διαμονής. Παρά την προσπάθεια να «εξυπηρετηθώ», το αποτέλεσμα παραμένει η μη επαγγελματική λειτουργία του καταλύματος. Ευτυχώς, λόγω ακύρωσης κράτησης, βρέθηκε δωμάτιο στο ξενοδοχείο με την αρνητική κριτική (που αφορούσε στην θέρμανση, γεγονός που λόγω εποχής δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε) και το οποίο ήταν καθ’ όλα αξιοπρεπές, σύγχρονο και καθαρό, ίσως με κάποιες ιδιαιτερότητες ενός προορισμού με περιορισμένη κίνηση. On Easter (April 16, 2017) I had to visit Elassona. Searching online for hotels on March 14th, I came across 4 options, of which only 3 had a website. One of the 3 hotels was unavailable, the other had some negative reviews, and the last, "HAMOS PLACE-Jayne's Rooms", on its own website, had room availability. I proceeded with the booking process and for more credibility I paid the required deposit via PayPal, the payment method included on the website. But I made the fatal mistake. "I counted without the hotelier" .... I didn't contact the property any other way and so when I arrived at 12:00 on the day of the stay, they told me they had no reservations in my name, no mail (maybe I should note that I have been using them for at least the last 15 years). this process has never happened to me before). In order not to be left without accommodation, I was offered to see the rooms of a relative who rented, but who did not meet the appropriate living conditions for me. Despite trying to 'serve' the result, the accommodation remains unprofessional. Fortunately, due to the cancellation of the reservation, we found a room in the hotel with negative criticism (concerning heating, which we did not face due to the season) and which was all decent, modern and clean, perhaps with some peculiarities of a limited traffic destination.
