Υπηρεσίες που ίσως δεν είναι γνωστές σε πολύ κόσμο, αλλά όταν τις έχεις ανάγκη και πηγαίνεις, αλλάζεις γνώμη για πολλά. Update 8 μήνες μετά την πρώτη επίσκεψη. Τι να πούμε. Θα είναι λίγο. Τι θα κάναμε χωρίς αυτές τις υπέροχες κοπέλες. Update Μάιος 2022 Αισθανόμαστε ασφαλείς στην δύσκολη περίπτωση μας. Η αντιμετώπιση όλης της ομάδας είναι πέρα από τα όρια της (καλής) διεκπεραίωσης. Πιθανότατα το ένα πόδι του ασθενή, ήδη βρίσκεται κάπου αλλού. Πιθανότατα πολλοί από αυτούς τους ασθενείς δεν γίνεται να μετακινηθούν. Η εμπειρία μου με το εν λόγο ίδρυμα δεν είχε καμία σχέση με το όραμα της Τζένης. Χωρίς να θέλω να αναφερθώ σε λεπτομέρειες (πλέον δεν υπάρχει λόγος) αν αγαπάτε τον άνθρωπό σας, υπάρχουν εκεί έξω, Αξιολογότατοι, Άνθρωποι, Ιατροί, που αγαπάνε αυτό που κάνουν με εξατομικευμένη φροντίδα και γνώση, να σας προσφέρουν ότι πραγματικά χρειάζεται ο ασθενής σας. The lady that picked up the phone on Tuesday June 15th, 2021 at 13:40 could not even tell me that. She was rude, talked over me, and told me she just happened to be "there" and randomly picked up the phone.. Should not the person picking up the phone be aware of where it is they are working and be able to provide basic information?? Very disappointing and if this is the first impression how can we possibly trust them with taking care of a cancer patient???
