We booked "Villa Aurora" in Chalkidiki in covid times with the assurance of JJ Hospitality of the existence of a private pool as also stated and seen in Airbnb(but unfortunately not booked via it but via personal email exchange).Instead of a "Villa" , we stayed at an old ,dirty and smelly house (which must have been inhabited by an old lady) with no basic things like a hairdryer. But the fact that the pool was a shared pool with other 17 houses ,was for me the most important reason of complaint .When trying to resolve the issue on the phone, they almost hang up the phone on us. Απάτη! Κλείσαμε την "βίλα " Αυρορα στην Χαλκιδική σε εποχές covid αφου μας διαβεβαίωσαν τηλεφωνικώς ότι θα έχουμε ιδιωτική πισίνα όπως φαίνεται και άλλωστε στο Airbnb .Η βίλα ήταν μια παλιά τρωγλη με μυρμήγκια χωρίς πιστολάκι μαλλιών κλπ Όμως όταν αντικρυσαμε την βρώμικη πισίνα που έπρεπε να μοιραστούμε με άλλα 17 σπίτια, επικοινωνησαμε με την εταιρεία η οποία μας έκλεισε σχεδόν στα μούτρα το τηλέφωνο. Scam! Scam! We closed the "villa" Aurora in Halkidiki in covid times after we were assured by phone that we would have a private pool as seen on Airbnb. The villa was an old slum with ants without a hair dryer etc But when we saw the dirty pool we had to share 17 other houses, we contacted the company which almost closed the phone to our faces.
