Λόγω lock down σήμερα το πρωί παράγγειλα από το κεντρικό κατάστημα και το ίδιο απόγευμα ήρθε η παραγγελία στον χώρο μου. Πραγματικοί επαγγελματίες και άψογα οργανωμένοι! Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ! The girl on the phone is very kind and very helpful, as well as the girls in the Peristeri store where I shop. Ι	ΙΩΑΝΝΑ ΜΑΡΚΟΥΛΑΤΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μόλις επισκέφθηκα το μαγαζί και έμεινα πλήρως δυσαρεστημένη. Αρχικά, έκανα ένα λογαριασμό 95 ευρώ. Προσπαθούσα να διαλέξω χρώματα από την παλέτα και είχα την κοπέλα πάνω απ' το κεφάλι μου να μου λέει διαρκώς " αυτό; Αυτό;" Δείχνοντας μου ακυρα χρώματα χωρίς να έχω αναφέρει κάτι συγκεκριμένο. Προφανώς ήθελε να με ξεφορτωθεί καθώς της είπα ότι θα επιλέξω αρκετά. Δεν είχα την ησυχία μου και εν τέλει πήρα τα μισά από όσα ήθελα καθαρά και μόνο για αυτό το λόγο. Το ύφος καθόλου καλό. Έπειτα,ζήτησα να δω τις φόρμες. Μου πρότεινε τις πιο ακριβές και την εμπιστεύτηκα. Της αγόρασα. Αφού πλήρωσα και έφυγα,μετά από 5 λεπτά ακριβώς επέστρεψα για να αλλάξω τις φόρμες. 5 λεπτά ακριβώς έκανα να επιστρέψω. Εννοείται πως ήταν άθικτες. επισκέφθηκα το μαγαζί εκ μέρους νέου καταστήματος στο οποίο εργάζομαι και έχουμε συνεργασία με μια από τις εταιρίες του μαγαζιού για να κάνω εγώ κάποιες αγορές. Οι φόρμες που αγόρασα δεν ήταν αυτές που έπρεπε και ζήτησα όπως είπα 5 λεπτά αργότερα να τις αλλάξω. Η ίδια κοπέλα λοιπόν,χωρίς να με ρωτήσει τι και πως μου είπα απλά ότι δεν γίνονται αλλαγές. Μου ανέβηκε το αίμα στο κεφάλι. Μου έδωσε τις χειρότερες φόρμες που έχω δοκιμάσει,τις πλήρωσα 18 ευρώ και δεν μου τις άλλαξαν!!!! Λυπάμαι πολύ, πραγματικά. Σαφώς και η συνεργασία με την εταιρία δεν θα συνεχιστεί για αυτή την απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Προς απάντηση της επιχείρησης: Οι φόρμες σαφώς και είναι άθικτες,δεν έχουν ανοιχτεί! Μπορώ να στείλω και φωτογραφία ! Προφανώς και δεν θα απαιτούσα να δεχτείτε πίσω χρησιμοποιημενο προϊόν! Εσείς ούτε καν ενδιαφερθηκατε να ρωτήσετε τι προϊόν θέλω να αλλάξω!!! Τέλος πάντων,απλά δεν θα ξανά προτιμήσω το κατάστημα. I just visited the store and was completely unhappy. Initially, I made a bill of 95 euros. The forms I bought were not the ones I needed and I asked as I said 5 minutes later to change them. So the same girl, without asking me what and how I just told her that no changes are made. The blood rushed to my head. He gave me the worst uniforms I have tried, I paid 18 euros and they did not change them for me !!!! I'm very sorry, really. Clearly the cooperation with the company will not continue for this unacceptable behavior. In response to the company: The forms are clearly intact, they have not been opened! I can also send a photo! Obviously I would not require you to accept a used product back! You were not even interested in asking what product I want to change !!! Anyway, at least I didn't go down without explaining myself first.
