R	Romanos Kokas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πιο αγενής εξυπηρέτηση που έχω δει ποτέ μου! Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα για να κάνω μια αντικατάσταση προϊόντος μιας και είχε γίνει λάθος. Δεν δέχτηκαν να αντικαταστήσουν το προϊόν, ούτε να μου κάνουν επιστροφή χρημάτων και μου έκλεισαν το τηλέφωνο στα μούτρα. Ξανακάλεσα και ξανά τα ίδια. Ζήτησα να μιλήσω με υπεύθυνο του καταστήματος και μου είπε πως ήταν η ίδια και "δεν είχε χρόνο να ασχοληθεί με αυτό". Καλό θα ήταν να προσέχετε πως μιλάτε στους πελάτες και να κρατάτε τουλάχιστον τους τύπους. Δεν πρόκειται να ψωνίσω ποτέ ξανά από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. The most rude service I have ever seen! I contacted the store to make a product replacement since it was wrong. They did not accept to replace the product, nor did they refund me and hung up the phone in my face. I called the same thing again and again. I asked to speak to a store manager and she told me that she was the same and "did not have time to deal with it". It would be good to be careful how you talk to customers and keep at least the guys. I will never shop again from this store.

Ένα τηλέφωνο με την αγεναστατη «Κυρια» στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο θα σας πείσει . ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ ΔΕΝ ΔΕΧΟΝΤΑΙ ΑΛΛΑΓΕΣ ΣΕ ΠΡΟΙΟΝΤΑ ΕΚΤΟΣ ΑΝ ΒΑΛΕΤΕ ΔΙΚΗΓΟΡΟ. Θα σας συνιστούσα να κάνετε τις αγόρες σας από κάπου αλλου . Καθυστερούν τις παραγγελίες επίτηδες και χρησιμοποιούν τα λεφτά σας σε άλλες δουλειές , και δεν βγάζεις άκρη σε τίποτα μαζί τους . ΥΠΑΡΧΟΥΝ ΤΟΣΑ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑΤΑ ΜΗΝ ΤΟΥΣ ΔΙΝΕΤΕ ΧΡΗΜΑΤΑ . Ψωνίστε από οπουδήποτε αλλου , θα είναι καλύτερα .
M	Mia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα τρία αστέρια είναι καθαρά ενδεικτικά γιατί δεν ήθελα να βάλω ούτε αρνητική ούτε θετική κριτική καθως και έχω εξυπηρετηθεί από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και έχω ζητήσει δουλειά από εκεί χωρίς να με προσλάβουν, και παρόλα αυτά ΔΕΝ έχω γνώμη.. Κυρίως όμως γιατι ήθελα να απαντήσω σχετικά με τις κριτικές που έτυχε να διαβάζω. Όταν έχεις ένα κατάστημα οποιασδήποτε ειδικότητας κι έχει φόρτο παραγγελιών σίγουρα κάποιες παραγγελίες θα αργήσουν ή θα μπερδευτουν , είναι λογικό. Οπότε το να έχεις κάνει μια παραγγελία μονο και να πήγε στραβά μπορεί να έτυχε. Μπορείτε να αφήσετε την αρνητική κριτική σας οπουδήποτε αλλά να είστε σίγουροι για ότι γράφετε. Μη κρίνετε από μια φορά. Έχω δει θετικές κριτικές να μπαίνουν από γνωστούς, φίλους ή και υπαλλήλους σε μικρές κ μεγάλες επιχειρήσεις. Έχω δει επιχειρήσεις να βάζουν μέσω γνωστών αρνητικές κριτικές στους εαυτούς τους για στοχοποίησουν άλλες επιχειρήσεις. Έχω δει υπαλλήλους με email των επιχειρήσεων που δραστηριοποιούνται να αφήνουν αρνητικές κριτικές σε ανταγωνιστές. Λες και δεν φαίνεται.. Όλα αυτά είναι τραβηγμένα. Οι κριτικές υπάρχουν με σκοπό να κάνουν τις επιχειρήσεις καλύτερες. Αρκεί να γράφονται σωστά και τίμια. The three stars are purely indicative because I did not want to put either negative or positive criticism as I have been served by the specific store and I have asked for a job from there without being hired, and yet I do NOT have an opinion .. But mainly because I wanted to answer about with the reviews I happened to read. When you have a store of any specialty and it has a load of orders, some orders will definitely be late or confusing, it makes sense. So having just placed an order and it went wrong can happen. You can leave your negative review anywhere but be sure of what you write. Do not judge at once. I have seen positive reviews coming from acquaintances, friends or even employees in small and large companies. I have seen companies put through well-known negative reviews of themselves to target other businesses. I've seen emailers of companies that are active leave negative reviews to competitors. As if it does not seem .. All this is pulled. Reviews are meant to make businesses better. As long as they are written correctly and honestly.

m	mo ar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shop ever i made an order online with pay on delivery a generic email was sent to me on day 1 and nothing more for a week and a half i been trying to call for a week no respond they even have the shame to hang up on you at some times. Worst experience ordering something online is this shop i understand the circumstances we are dealing with and the lockdown and everything but it s not a reason not to answer your clients phone call and ignore their emails. Shame

After a week of my order I received an email saying that my item is being sent to the shop from logistics and one week later I got another email saying that my item will be available after over a month. 2. When I was trying to call in business hours that are limited from 09:00-13:00 I had no answer for at least 5 calls one after the other and after one hour they finally picked up with no actual information. This was between the period of the first and second email I mentioned above. They just told me that my item is on it's way and by next week i should have it. Have in mind this is not a professional shop.
