P	Piotr Ge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Hinfahrt von Korfu nach Paxos verlief problemlos. Leider spielte das Wetter bei der Rückreise nicht mit und die Fahrt konnte nicht stattfinden. Das Problem bestand darin, dass wir nicht informiert wurden. Nachdem wir uns um eine Unterkunft für die Nacht gekümmert haben und das Büro von Flying Dolphin am Abend eröffnet hat, wollten wir unsere Tickets auf die erste Fähre am nächsten Morgen umbuchen. Leider wurden wir sehr unhöflich empfangen und uns mitgeteilt, dass die Fähre ausgebucht ist. Trotz aller Bemühungen eine gemeinsame Lösung zu finden würden wir alleine zurückgelassen und mussten selber eine Möglichkeit finden nach Korfu zu kommen, da am nächsten Tag unser Flug ging. Glücklicherweise gibt es ein weiteres Unternehmen, dass die selbe Verbindung anbietet. Und uns weiterhelfen konnte. Alles in allem kann ich die Umstände nachvollziehen, bin jedoch von den Mitarbeitern enttäuscht, da wir alleine am Abend mit unserem Problem mehr oder weniger auf die Straße gestellt wurden. The outward journey from Corfu to Paxos went smoothly. Unfortunately, the weather did not play along on the return journey and the trip could not take place. The problem was that we were not informed. After we arranged for accommodation for the night and the Flying Dolphin office opened in the evening, we wanted to rebook our tickets for the first ferry the next morning. Unfortunately, we received a very rude reception and told us that the ferry was fully booked. Despite all efforts to find a common solution, we would be left alone and had to find a way to come to Corfu ourselves, as our flight left the next day. Fortunately, there is another company that offers the same connection. And could help us. All in all, I can understand the circumstances, but I am disappointed with the staff because we were more or less put on the street alone in the evening with our problem.
A	Alexandre Collin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ferry itself and trip was ok (though very expensive at 64 euros return pp with no alternative direct Corfu town -Paxos available at this time) but phone and in person Service at Corfu office was very poor, no interest in answering questions (eg phone advisor told us to email but never responded, in person told us we could book our return at last minute yet they would have known the last ferry of day is typically very full and thus meant we almost could not come back). Ripe for competition.
D	Dominik W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As there seems to be no suitable alternative it is okay. Takes around 90 min to go from paxos to corfu. The boat smells of gasoline. Toilets available in the boat. Seemed kind of pricy, one way 32€per person. But okay, gasoline is very expensive these days.
