This "hotel" is perfect for a adventurous couple. If you travel with your significant other and you travel to experience culture, food and heritage and not luxury then this is the spot, located central and close all amenities; breackfast ,lunch and dinner all served in the restaurant just outside and the beach is literally at the "door step".with regards to the room its nothing fancy and would be classes as abit "rough", there's a bed and AC and a TV, the shower dose its job but the water pressure isent the best but the hot water is fantastic and they have a built in hair dryer. Also in the room is a fully capable kitchen , a stove microwave fridge kettle sink the hole lot even came with coffee sugar and a cafetiere with every size pan/pot you would want and plates cups. Plus on top of all that you get a balcony with at has a built in drying rack so after a swim at the beach you can go back and dry everything no problem. The lift however is extremely small only one person at a time the dimensions of the lift is 1m x 0.5m however it is quick. With all this in mind as I wrote above this might not be the best looking hotel but it is the most functional and best located for the cheep price and of you travel for experience like I do then this place does the job really well. *Update* After my first night here, the walls are a bit thin so you can here the other rooms coming and going and they tend to slam the doors, but everything quietens down at about 10-11pm

I have traveled quite a bit, and if there is an example of how a person hosting you can upgrade your stay experience and the trip, you can get it in this place. The host Julie is a charming and generous person, with good energies. She greeted me with a wide smile. The apartment was lovely, it had what it takes and I was with a sea view which was a pleasure to open every morning on the balcony. Highly recommend for those looking for a place at a convenient and not high cost and in a perfect location. And especially to meet Julie.

Absolutely Amazing... Everything about it was perfect.. Location: was close to all amenities restaurant shops. view: the studio has stunning view on the Mediterranean with with beautiful beach. the studio spacious, It's equipped with all what you need..plus Julie's was very easy going person she helped with all what we ask for.. The worst place to spend your holiday in Greece.. Room #1 was in bad condition: a bug, broken bath curtains, wet floor, cardboard under the mattress, someone left a condom (not used). By the way I couldn’t pay because an owner went somewhere, only before leaving I was able to do it, I had to contact her additionally. Advantages: the Internet speed was good enough, close to sea. I don’t recommend?

The place sits right over the main promenade, it has very nice view, the bathroom can use some remodeling to make it more functional.
