★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We shopped at Jupiter at the very beginning of July. Katerina, the woman who assisted us, was extremely helpful. We custom-ordered several items and paid cash on the spot (very reasonable prices, especially considering they included the cost of shipping). Katerina even threw a beautiful tile/trivet in our order! We were told that our items would arrive in 8 weeks or so. When they hadn't shown up in about 10 weeks, I emailed and received an immediate response that they were on their way, complete with a tracking number. After approximately 12 weeks, everything arrived - it was expertly packaged so that nothing was damaged and looks just as we'd hoped. We were nervous for a bit, after reading some other reviews, but all turned out perfectly!
