Απο τα καλυτερο e-shop που εχω συνεργαστει και αγορασει προιοντα. Εγινε ενα λαθος με μια παραγγελια και η Χριστιαννα το τακτοποιησε αμεσως. Ο Νικος ειναι επισης παρα πολυ εξυπηρετικος!

Έλαβα την παραγγελία μου και το τραπέζι είναι ακόμη πιο όμορφο από κοντά! Εκπληκτική ποιότητα. Είχε πακεταριστεί με προσοχή και η συνεννόηση με το κατάστημα ήταν τέλεια.

Η παραγγελία ήρθε, όλα εντάξει εκτός από ένα μικρό ελάττωμα που είχε η μία καρέκλα (η οποία παρόλα αυτά παρέμενε λειτουργική). Κατόπιν τηλεφωνικής συνεννόησης όμως βρέθηκε γρήγορα και εύκολα λύση αφού υπήρχε πολύ συνεργατική διάθεση από την πλευρά του καταστήματος.

The owner is unbelievably rude. I don't think the reviews here are real. Most probably reviews of friends and company's employees....

Right, where to begin... First of all I have never in my professional nor personal life had to deal with a company who in many regards baffles me as to why they even exist. I have had now well over a month in delays after full payment has been made and I have had to speak to several employees, managers and bosses just to get a clue as to where my shipment has gone. I ordered 53 chairs of which I have only received 34 and in the weeks after this first delivery I have countless times called and been told to hang on a minute, followed by them hanging up. Second, after I finally get someone on the phone they have promised to call me back within 5 minutes and up to half an hour. This has never happened. On several occasions I waited three days(on two occasions a week), and it was only when I personally called back and went through the entire ordeal of finding the right person to talk to, again.... I have had what appears to me secretaries calling me only to make the most creative excuses followed by demanding and outright rude questions in the forms of: "NOW do you understand"? Now for the second part, I have also had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking to the boss of this company, who on several occasions yelled at me, cursed at me, and now today even threatened to sue me. I am shaken and shocked to say the least. And I highly recommend anyone who is thinking to order something from this company to steer far and clear away. They are not serious, not professional, completely unorganised and their boss is quite, and I use this as an understatement, rude, unpleasant and harassing, to customers!!!

We could not believe how rude and aggressive they were when trying to order from their shop! Stay away!! Spend your money on other shops with more grateful and kind people!! These people should not even have a shop from the first place!!
