★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying several times to contact the store locatat in Thessaloniki without luck to answer it however I spoke with the head office in Athens regarding availability of a stock who wanted to buy
The person who delivered my request advised me that one of the staff of the local store located in Thessaloniki particularly from pylea will give me a call to arrange my purchase. Unfortunately I'm still waiting for it and it's more than obvious that the customer service is very pathetic and poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review does not target the staff (although in some occasions they could try to be a bit more polite). I will admit that the prices are lower than other stores of the same sort, but the quality is very poor. I have tried multiple times to purchase products from this store and the only ones that turned out good were small decorative knick-knacks. I hope they improve their products and select finer materials.
