★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το κατάστημα είναι πολύ καλό, πολύ καλή ποιότητα προπαντός η σειρά gold και πολύ καλές προσφορές. Είναι σαν ένα ΙΚΕΑ αλλά πιο μικρό και με πιο όμορφα πράγματα τα οποία δεν θα τα βρεις μετά σε όλα τα σπίτια. Ότι έχω πάρει και έχω αγοράσει αρκετά πράγματα, είναι value for money..
Δεν βάζω όμως 5 αστέρια λόγο του προσωπικού. Δεν το θεωρώ εξυπηρετικό χωρίς να είναι αγενές. Κάνουν απλά αυτό που πρέπει και έχω την εντύπωση ότι δεν είναι αρκετά εκπαιδευμένο.. Ρώτησα εάν υπάρχει ένα πάπλωμα σε διπλό μέγεθος και μου είπαν όχι άλλα θα έρθει κάποια στιγμή και μετά από λίγη ώρα το βρήκα μόνος μου. Με πείραξε και ότι την ήμερα που πήγα μάλωναν δυο υπάλληλοι μπροστά στους πελάτες όχι με έντονο τρόπο άλλα παρόλα αυτά δεν δικαιολογείτε..
The store is very good, very good quality, especially the gold series and very good offers. It is like an IKEA but smaller and with more beautiful things that you will not find later in all homes. That I have bought and bought several things, is value for money ..
But I do not put 5 stars because of the staff. I do not find it helpful without being rude. They just do what they have to do and I have the impression that he is not trained enough .. I asked if there is a quilt in double size and they told me no more it will come at some point and after a while I found it myself. It also bothered me that on the day I went, two employees were arguing in front of the customers, not in an intense way, but nevertheless you do not justify ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ αργή εξυπηρέτηση, Τραγικό το γεγονός ότι δεν έχουν τηλέφωνο στο κάθε υποκατάστημα, παρά μόνο στο κεντρικό Αθήνας όπου περιμένεις 10 λεπτά και δεν παίρνεις ποτέ απάντηση. Αναμένουμε παραγγελία εδώ και 3 εβδομάδες η οποία ήταν να έρθει μια βδομάδα πριν, χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση και συνεννόηση!!Αναγκαστήκαμε να πάμε στο κατάστημα 2 φορές έξτρα από άλλη πόλη, χωρίς να πάρουμε απάντηση για την εξέλιξη μεταφοράς και μάλιστα σε πλήρως πληρωμένη παραγγελία !Δε θα ξαναπηγαινα!
Very slow service, Tragic the fact that they do not have a phone in every branch, except in central Athens where you wait 10 minutes and never get an answer. We have been waiting for an order for 3 weeks which was to come a week ago, without any information and consultation !! We had to go to the store 2 times extra from another city, without getting an answer for the transfer progress and in fact in a fully paid order! I would go again!
