★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου παρέδωσαν ελαττωματικό προϊόν κατόπιν κράτησης μέσω Ίντερνετ στο ταμείο και όταν το είδα στο ταμείο και ζήτησα αντικατάσταση, μου είπαν να περιμένω όλους τους πελάτες που περίμεναν πίσω μου να πληρώσουν και μετά θα μου το έφερναν γιατί δεν είχε άλλο υπάλληλο εκείνη τη στιγμή!
Η γνώμη μου είναι πως ως πελάτης που είχα σειρά εκείνη τη στιγμή θα έπρεπε να λάβω την ανάλογη προτεραιότητα. Αυτό όσον αφορά τη διαδικασία εξυπηρέτησης.
Όσον αφορά το κατάστημα θεωρώ πως ένα τόσο μεγάλο κατάστημα δεν μπορεί να εξυπηρετήσει σωστά με ένα άτομο μόνο!
I was given a defective product after booking online at the checkout and when I saw it at the checkout and asked for a replacement, they told me to wait for all the customers waiting behind me to pay and then they would bring it to me because there was no other employee at that time!
My opinion is that as a customer I had a turn at the time I should take the appropriate priority. This in terms of the service process.
As for the store, I think that such a large store can not serve properly with only one person!
