Όσον αφορα τα προϊόντα είναι το μοναδικό μαγαζί που πουλάει κανονικά waterpick, ότι βλέπετε στα σούπερ μάρκετ από μεγάλες εταιρίες είναι απλά καρικατούρες. Όποιος έχει δοκιμάσει το waterpick το οποίο είχε κυκλοφορήσει πολλά χρόνια θα καταλάβει αμέσως την διαφορά, η πίεση είναι 10 φορές ανώτερη με αποτέλεσμα να φεύγουν οι τροφές από τα πιο δύσκολα σημεία. The service is excellent. As far as the products are concerned, the only shop that regularly sells waterpick, that you see in supermarkets from big companies are just caricatures. Ο καλύτερος τρόπος να πάτε είναι να πάρετε το μέτρο ως την Ομόνοια και να προχωρήσετε λίγα βήματα . Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν επαγγελματική και άμεση - πήγα για σέρβις σε ένα φίλτρο νερού της instapure. Πλήρωσα μόνο 3,5 ευρώ για ένα εξάρτημα που χρειαζόμουν για να προσαρμώσω το φίλτρο στην νέα μου βρύση. The store is in an underground gallery there is adequate lighting and you can easily find it. Κ	ΚΥΡΙΑΚΟΣ ΣΟΥΤ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα το προϊόν καθαριστή δοντιών με ηλεκτρική οδοντόβουρτσα μάρκας waterpik απο έμπορο λιανικής μέσο ίντερνετ. Μετά απο ένα μήνα χρήσης της οδοντόβουρτσας παρουσίαζε δυσκολία στην αντικατάσταση κεφαλής βουρτσάκι εργοστασιακά είχε κάποιο παθητικό απο τι διαπιστώθηκε όντως μετά. Σε κάποια αντικατάσταση που πήγε να γίνει κόλλησε. Την τράβηξα σε ευθεία γραμμή με περισσότερη δύναμη και έσπασε.Εγώ δεν μπορώ να γνωρίζω την δυσκολία που αλλάζει η κεφαλή για να μπορώ απο πρίν να πω στην εταιρία αυτό έχει πρόβλημα και να ζητήσω αλλαγή..!!Απευθύνθηκα στον πωλητή λιανικής και εκείνος το έστειλε στην Εταιρία Κατσαρος για έλεγχο. Με πήρανε και μου είπανε ότι δεν καλύπτεται απο την εγγύηση αυτό. Επέμενα για το προϊόν ότι είχε θέμα αλλά που να το ξέρω πως λειτουργεί εξαρχής εγώ η αλλαγή της κεφαλής...Δηλαδή πόσο δύσκολα βγαίνει...Επίσης τους είπα ότι είναι ενός μήνα προϊόν ...!!Τίποτα...!! Ευτυχώς ή μαμά εταιρία στην Αμερική δεν λειτουργεί έτσι κύριοι...Όλες οι εταιρίες στον κόσμο εκτός τις Ελλάδος (υπάρχουν ελάχιστες εξαιρέσεις) καλύπτουν τους πελάτες τους...Μου στείλανε όλο το σύστημα όχι μόνο την οδοντόβουρτσα που έσπασε καινούργιο και πιο νέο μοντέλο με courier απο Αμερική κατεθείαν. Δεν νομίζω σε καμία περίπτωση ότι θα το χρεωνόσασταν εσείς το λάθος τις εταιρίας που μαζική παραγωγές μπορεί να υπάρχει μια αστοχία που αποδεδειγμένα φαίνεται, γιατί στο νέο προϊόν αλλάζει με ευκολία. Απλώς θα αφήνατε έναν ευχαριστημένο πελάτη και θα παίρνατε θετικό σχόλιο και όχι αρνητικό....!! Αναφέρομαι σε σερβις στην Θεσσαλονίκη.
