We rented a nice summer house at Alex on behalf of our customers last July for 6 days as the family wished to make a break and enjoy chalkidiki beaches before continuing their roadtrip Adventure with our Camper towards Athens. Ben and Eva were delighted from Alex his hospitality and the cosi lonely furnished house with great environment, pool and view! We will definitely suggest Alex residence to our customers who visit this area and like to chill for couple of days..thanks Alex and hope you meet you soon

We rented two of the 5 villas for a small group in the last weeks of June. This was the worst experience I had in Greece in the past 10 years. Apart from the good geographical position (very close to the village and more than 10 beaches around for you to choose), I can’t find any other good thing to say. Be advised that most of the pictures are of the central villa which is the nicest. There aren’t enough parking spots for all guests, for each villa, the basement room is musty and poorly ventilated, the water supply can’t handle everyone being at home and breaks down leaving you in the middle of the shower with no water at all. Internet is poor when it works and mobile signal is only available for data and good voice if you go to the main road +500 meters away on an unpaved bumpy dirt road that can’t fit two cars. Not my last but definitely the biggest unpleasant experience is related to the cleanliness or rather the lack of it. Pool, rooms, bed sheets and bathrooms were filthy. I will definitely not return and I can’t recommend this property

We spent 4 days at the property in May 2021 with the kids and we had an amazing experience. The house is very well-decorated, clean, and the hosts made sure everything was in perfect order. Also, the grounds and the pool are beautiful! Can't wait to visit again, one of the nicest places in Chalkidiki!

We were 5 girls doing a bachelor party and we booked one villa for 5 days. We had an amazing time there the house was excellent and fully equipped. The position is good and really close to many beaches and restaurants. The host was very kind and helpful for whatever we needed!

We've had an exceptionally great hollydays with our friends in this property. Nice house, good furniture, great beautiful garden with a swimming pool. There are great beaches down to the sea which are pretty wild and almost free of tourists (but this may be the COVID-effect). The water in the sea is expceptionally clean. Alexandros is very regardful to your needs and provides a great list of local places to visit.

Amazing holidays @ amazing K Residences! We spent one week with our 2 children who enjoyed the pool and the garden! The house was well equiped and had spacious, beautifully decorated rooms! Wonderful beaches only 5 minutes away! Definitely recommend it!

Great location, 500m away from the main road, close to the nicest beaches in Kassandra (Lago Experience is the one I heavily recommend) We spent 12 nights in 2 villas (6 adults and 5 teenagers) having sea view from the balcony and from the terraces, where you can enjoy nice mornings or silent evenings, away from the noise of the city. The villas are fully equipped (cutlery, washing machine, grill), arranged with good taste, having one bathroom (with bath tub) on the ground floor and another one (with shower) for the 1st floor. The host Alex was very friendly, communicative and helpful from the very beginning of out stay. The pool is available for all the 6 villas, but we were mainly the only ones using it, as we did not overlap with anybody else. Cleaning at the site is not available, so we had to care by ourselves (not best on vacation times) Wifi access was not the best, but being on vacation this was not necessary a big issue. The access road was rocky and bumpy, but based on the pictures I just got today, the construction trucks are already there in order to make it better, so the future guests will not have an issue Funny enough, we had every morning and evening a cat and a fox as pets....both being pretty gentle (though, not try to pet them) Overall, a very nice vacation in a great location that I heavily recommend All the best and best regards to the host, Alex

We rented a house in this property in May 2021 and spent wonderful 2 weeks there (2 families with 7 kids). The house has everything needed for a great relaxed vacation: four bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher (well, no microwave oven, but we would only need it once or twice), plenty of space in the living room, large terrace and a garden. There's a decent pool in this property and kids spent a lot of time in and around it. As for the location, it didn't disappoint us: wonderful beaches, dive spots, nature and nice restaurants in the nearby villages. BTW, I'd really recommend the dive shop 100m down the road. The host is very friendly and helpful, great thanks to him for our awesome vacation!
