Σ	Στέλλα Κοντέλη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μαθήτρια του 4ου ΕΠΑΛ Καβάλας :Κάναμε δηλαδή μια διαμαρτυρία και ακόμα συνεχίζεται αυτό το πράγμα με τα αστικά ,κάθε μέρα το λεωφορείο είναι γεμάτο δεν χωράει κανείς μας ο ένας είναι επάνω στον άλλον στριμωχνόμαστε,δεν παίρνουμε ανάσα και μετά μας λένε να έχουμε μέτρα προστασίας του κορονοϊού και επειδή γεμίζει το λεωφορείο παρατά κάποια παιδιά κάτω και αυτά τα παιδιά έχουν να προλάβουν προλάβουν το λεωφορείο από τα ΚΤΕΛ για να πάνε στα χωριά τους ή στα φροντιστήρια τους .Αυτό έγινε και χθες ,ο λεωφοριατζής του αστικού άφησε πίσω 20 άτομα πριν χτυπήσει το κουδούνι ,τηλεφωνούσαμε να μας φέρουν και δεύτερο και δεν το σήκωναν.Όταν είχαμε κάνει κατάληψη αναφέραμε και αυτό το θέμα ,μας είπαν ότι θα διορθωθεί και κάθε φορά στο σχόλασμα θα μας φέρνουν 2 λεωφορεία,αυτό το κάναν μόνο 3 φορές αυτό ήταν όλο κ όλο.Δηλαδή γιατί να υπάρχει τόση απερισκεψία ,δεν θα ήταν δύσκολο κάθε φορά να μας φέρνουν 2 λεωφορεία στο σχόλασμα (Και όσο για τους υπεύθυνους της αστικής γραμμής θα τους άρεζε αυτό να γινόταν στα δικά τους παιδιά ;) Student of the 4th EPAL Kavala: In other words, we made a protest and this thing is still going on with the urban, every day the bus is full, no one can fit us, we are crammed on top of each other, we do not breathe and then we are told to have protection measures coronavirus and because the bus is full it leaves some children down and these children have to catch the bus from the KTEL to go to their villages or to their tuition centers. bell, we called to bring us a second one and they did not pick it up. Πολλές φορές τους μιλάς και απλά μουγκρίζουν. Over time, completely anti-professionals make them smoke and completely rude. You do not know when and if the bus will arrive. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στη διοίκηση για το ζήλο που δείχνει όλα αυτά τα χρόνια να πάει το ΚΤΕΛ ένα βήμα παραπέρα. Συνεχίστε έτσι με την ίδια συνέπεια παρά τις δύσκολες εποχές που διανύουμε! Renewed bus fleet, excellent service and very kind staff. A big congratulations to the administration for the zeal that shows all these years to take the KTEL one step further. Continue like this with the same consistency despite the difficult times we are going through!
S	Stathis Amoi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i will say the same i said on my other review: overall, the service is very good. i hear what others say and yes, there is the occasional inconvenience, but when you're taking the bus as frequently as i am, you will realize that any such happenings are rare to very rare. let's not forget that the drivers are also humans. i say that because there are passengers that make their life difficult. and it's not an easy city, at least on certain routes, for any vehicle to navigate. time schedules are generally followed well, and still improving.
