★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι ένα ζαχαροπλαστείο που ξεκίνησε να λειτουργεί στα Νέα Παλάτια( επίνειο του Ωρωπου) το 1967. Τότε βέβαια βρισκόταν σε διαφορετική θέση πάλι στην ίδια περιοχή.Φτιαχνουν εκεί το καλύτερο παγωτό που έχω δοκιμάσει " Σικάγο" συγκεκριμένα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είχε μαθητεύσει κοντά στον " Κανάκη" και στη " Χαρά" ονομαστά ζαχαροπλαστεία για το πολιτικό εκμέκ παγωτό καϊμάκι.Εχω πρόσκληση από τον ιδιοκτήτη της " Αύρας" να δοκιμάσω το δικό του " εκμέκ με τσουρέκι σιροπιαστο και παγωτό καϊμάκι.Για όσους δεν ξέρουν το κύριο συστατικό αυτού του παγωτού είναι το σαλέπι. Ναι αυτό που πίνουμε τον χειμώνα για να ζεσταθούμε. Συγχαρητήρια στον ιδιοκτήτη παγωτατζη για τα παγωτά του.
It is a patisserie that started operating in Nea Palatia (port of Oropos) in 1967. At that time, of course, it was in a different position again in the same area.
