★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από μακροχρόνια δοκιμή διαφορων καφεδων καταλήξαμε ότι ο καφές Δανδάλη είναι μακράν ο καλύτερος καφες. Ένας μονάχα σχετικά υπήρξε ανταγωνιστικός που είχα φέρει από Κωνσταντινούπολη. Η μοναδική παρατήρηση είναι το κακό που κάνει ο αέρας στην ποιότητα του κάφε. Δηλαδή το μισό σακουλάκι θα μπορούσε να βαθμολογηθει με 8.5 με άριστα το 10 και το άλλο μισό πέφτει στο 6.5 με διάρκεια κατανάλωσης μιας εβδομάδα . Πολύ σοβαρό ποσοστό πτώσης ποιότητας παρατηρείτε στο χρώμα που αρχίζει από σκούρο μαύρο σιγά σιγά να καφετιζει , γεύση και άρωμα να τείνει στο αδιάφορο μετά την τετάρτη μέρα . Λύσεις θεωρώ ότι υπάρχουν δεν είμαι ο ειδικός προφανώς να της υποδείξω .

After a long trial of coffee disputes we came to the conclusion that Dandali coffee is by far the best coffee. There was only one competitor I had brought from Istanbul. The only observation is the harm the air does to the quality of the coffee. That is, one half of the sachet could be rated at 8.5 with a top 10 and the other half at 6.5 with a week's consumption. A very serious drop in quality is observed in the color starting from dark black to slowly browning, flavoring and aroma tending to the indifferent after the fourth day. Solutions I think exist I am not the expert to point it out.
