Λειτουργεί επί της ουσίας ως αντιπρόσωπος του αντίστοιχου καταστήματος της Αθήνας και γι'αυτό το λόγο συνήθως γίνεται παραγγελία η οποία αργεί από 3-5 ημέρες. Όσο αφορά το προσωπικό είναι θέμα τύχης για το αν η εξυπηρέτηση θα είναι πάντοτε η καλύτερη, καθώς δεν είναι όλοι το ίδιο άρτιοι. Γενικά είναι περισσότερο ένα εμπορικό κατάστημα ηλεκτρολογικού εξοπλισμού παρά ένα ηλεκτρολογικό κατάστημα και φαίνεται να λείπει η συμβουλή κάποιου καλού ηλεκτρολόγου που θα βοηθούσε τους μη επαγγελματίες πελάτες.
It has almost everything with variety in prices. It essentially operates as a representative of the respective store in Athens and for this reason an order is usually placed which takes 3-5 days. As for the staff, it is a matter of luck whether the service will always be the best, as not everyone is equally good. It is generally more of an electrical equipment store than an electrical store and seems to lack the advice of a good electrician who would help non-professional customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Διαφορετικές τιμές σου λένε στο κατάστημα και βλέπεις στο site, και διαφορετικές πληρώνεις. Έχασα το χρόνο μου να μάθω το γιατί, μιλώντας με τα κεντρικά και το κατάστημα, άκρη δεν έβγαλα.
Τα κεντρικά με παρέπεμψαν στο κατάστημα, η απάντηση του καταστήματος ήταν πως αγόρασα τη συγκεκριμένη λάμπα φθηνότερα από την τιμή που μου είχαν πει και γράφει το site, αλλά αυτό ήταν λόγω καρτέλας πελάτη. Όταν τους είπα πως Αυτό δεν είναι η αρχική τιμή; Γιατί να αλλάξει λόγω δικής μου προσωπικής έκπτωσης; Μου είπαν πως στο site υπάρχει έκπτωση 25%. Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί η μία έκπτωση να αναιρεί την άλλη, πες ότι δεν ισχύουν και οι 2 ταυτόχρονα, καμία ενημέρωση, αν δεν πρόσεχα εγώ τι πλήρωνα ούτε γάτα ούτε ζημιά. Τα κεντρικά δεν θεώρησαν σημαντική λεπτομέρεια να το μου πουν, το site δεν το διευκρινίζει, η επικοινωνία λειψή στην καλύτερη. Η διαφορά του ποσού δεν δικαιολογείται ούτε με αφαίρεση ΦΠΑ ούτε με έκπτωση 25%, αλλά με μία διαφορά 13.2%.
TL;DR Προσωπικά, θα προτιμούσα να κλέψω κεριά από εκκλησία παρά να αναγκαστώ να αγοράσω μία λάμπα από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα, καθώς χρεώνουν διαφορετικές τιμές χωρίς ενημέρωση.
Different prices are told to you in the store and you see on the site, and you pay different ones. I lost my time to find out why, talking to the headquarters and the store, I did not get an edge.
The centrals referred me to the store, the store's answer was that I bought the specific lamp cheaper than the price they had told me and the site says, but this was due to a customer card. When I told them this is not the starting price? Why change due to my own personal discount? I was told that there is a 25% discount on the site. I can not understand why one discount cancels the other, say that both are not valid at the same time, no information, if I did not pay attention to what I was paying neither cat nor damage. The headquarters did not consider it an important detail to tell me, the site does not specify it, the lack of communication at best. The difference in the amount is not justified either by deducting VAT or by discounting 25%, but by a difference of 13.2%.
TL; DR Personally, I would rather steal candles from a church than have to buy a light bulb from that store, as they charge different prices without notice.
