Πασίνωστη η φέτα τού Κα'ι'δαντζη στους γονείς και παππούδες μας, ενώ η νέα γενιά, τής οικογένειας από το Μαρκόπουλο Αττικής, έφερε νέες απροσδόκητες γεύσεις στο τυρί, όπως φερ ειπείν το γκερεμέζι από πρόβειο ή κατσικίσιο γάλα με διάφορες γεύσεις , και το σταμνοτύρι από τις γεύσεις τού οποίου ξεχωρίζω αυτό με την Μαστίχα Χίου.. ξετρελαίνει!!! Επίσης εξαιρετικό είναι και το Κιουνεφέ σε vacum , το οποίο συντηρείται στο ψυγείο η και στην κατάψυξη. Σίγουρα αξίζει τον κόπο η επίσκεψη εκεί!! Definitely very good quality raw material.
