Visited some friends who were staying atvthese apartments. They were delighted with the refurbishment of the rooms and facilities from last year. Everything looked fresh and new. Had dinner with them there at the lovely restaurant on the sea front. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. Food and drink were well-priced. Would highly recommend this place.

I've just returned from the most peaceful relaxing & refreshing 7 days at these apartments. The location is right on the seafront. The sunsets are amazing. 5 minutes walking to lovely shops, supermarkets, bars, tavernas & nightlife if you wish to boogie. The apartments provide facilities for cooking. Hower I took advantage of the food on offer at breakfast & dinner. I was quite happy with the choices. The patios have shrubbery round them & it's really pleasant to sit out & enjoy a drink in the evening. The swimming pool is maintained daily and the area for enjoying the sunshine is very relaxing. From the housekeeping to the front of house staff, especially Mr Serbia, were welcoming, hospitable & if there was a problem... No Problem. For a relaxing no fuss happy holiday. I would definetely return here.

Staff here are lovely and really helpful, but food quality and variety really lets it down. As a hotel/apartment complex that offers an all inclusive service, the variety of food and particularly drinks is too limited. Offering only local beer, wine, ouzo and soft drinks on the all inclusive service is embarrassing and frankly unacceptable. Jet2 need to re-think using this place on their all inclusive list. Well below par

We came here in Nov 2019 the place was awful. The manager/owner rude. We came as all inclusive to which it was very limited. The food was awful. Who in the right mind serves mashed pototoe soup. It was awful. I'm a vegatarion and the menu barely had anything. I would definitely not come here again. The place was run down and to be honest I could not wait to get home. I have a young son who was bored constantly with no entertainment for us as adults it's was also boring.

I want this review to be as accurate as possible from our experience . We have stayed a week AI, before start of the season. Hotel was only half full first four days and the fullish last 3 days. The good points : very quiet just before season, lovely restaurant staff, great view from room, spacious rooms with balconies, dining with the view, close to the beach, small hotel/ apartments. The bad points: Towels changed only once a week , bedding not changed at all, cleaning staff really horrible, food absolutely the same every day (although hot meals are not bad at all). I can't imagine how this place manages during the season , all staff runs between tables and behind the bar being rushed by management. Bar/ restaurant seems like a entirely separate entity to the hotel and it's open to the public/full paying non guests of the hotel. Very limited AI , pool bar was still closed , we have been promised daily that it will open the next day. AI drinks include beer, raki ,ouzo and brandy, local soft drinks. No gin or vodka or anything else like that. AI starts 10 am finishes 10 pm. Rooms are very dated, we had to move from our first room as sink and toilet both had a leak and bathroom tiles been coming of the wall. Hotel is old and you can see that not a lot has been spend on maintenance. There is no option of double bed. There are always two single beds put together. Bathrooms are dated but clean. Some rooms have unpleasant smell. There is a local cockerel waking up just after 4 am every day, neighborhood dog that barks most of the day and night but when it's quiet you can hear waves and crickets. All together you getting what you have paid for. A lot of people has moved to different local hotels after a night in Kaissa. It's a good place if you planning to explore the island but not so good if you are a "stay at the hotel" type. Restaurant/bar area has resident dog "Charlie" , and hotel has resident black and white cat, both are friendly.

We stayed a week at Kaissa Beach, we were pleasantly surprised the hotel has recently been refurbished and looks better in person than the photos. Very helpful friendly staff, we stayed half board, breakfast was fresh and varied, evening meal average buffet style, but still nice. The pool was clean and well maintained- they cleaned it during our stay too. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony. The rooms were a little dated, no (working)aircon that i could see, but clean enough. Our towels were only changed once in the week. Overall an enjoyable stay and I would recommend. Just to add, we paid for a meal the first day and the quality and freshness was exceptional (great seafood, fresh salad).

Just about OK... Arrived to find we were in the annexe 10 mins from the hotel. Rooms were OK, small pool but promise of a bar....only open on the day we arrived and pool was also closed by 5pm. On our second day there was no hot water.... third day we were moved to the main hotel. Location on the coastal front was good but it has little else going for it. It looks tired and uncared for... rooms are basic and could do with some tlc. The cistern leaked in our bathroom and was (not) repaired twice. No WiFi in the rooms.. Just opening the curtains in the reception area would have made a difference... or cleaning the windows. We ate out four nights of the seven... Food was, at the very best, mediocre.... Poor presentation, repetitive in choice and mostly cold. Towels were stained and old.. Not changed at all during our stay. Certainly not a hotel we would visit again.

We were lead to believe that the annex was besides the hotel not a 10 minute walk and the garden view was an overgrown rubbish tip with a lemon tree in,shower was broken but was fixed when asked to repair, the fridge was dripping all over the floor and was frozen solid and the towels, bedclothes were changed every four days, rooms weren't mopped or swept during our stay and the kettle was also dangerous as water was pouring out of the bottom . There was also a poor selection of food that was very repetitive as the only fruit for breakfast and dinner was watermelon. There was a few plus sides such as the irish lady and her son behind the bar were full of useful information even though all of the staff were very polite and helpful
