★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tourist trap. Impudent boss.
Keep an eye for the ill-mannered blonde lady boss who is lacking respect of the personnel and customers.
There is nothing special about the menu, probably as a result of the aforementioned bad management.
There are many other choices around, we had the worst experience of our trip to Nafplio at this restaurant.
It is a no go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday (20.06.2021)in Nafplio I had lunch with friends at this lovely restaurant but left with mixed feelings.
The tiropitari (fried cheese pie) was outstanding and just as I remembered from my many previous visits. ??? The stuffed wine leaves (dolmadakia) perfectly cooked but lacking in taste!?? The pork dish a friend ordered was tops ??? but my steak very disappointing & overcooked ... something that really surprised me as in the past it was always perfect! ?☹?
I'm going back 4sure ... hoping however that whoever was cooking the meat yesterday .... was just having a bad day! ???
I'm leaving my previous review below as I wrote it ... although nowadays they have made some changes when it comes to the kitchen staff.

Loved this restaurant location in Nafplio, delish and well prepared food as well as its friendly and professional service. There is both indoor and outdoor seating ... perfect for all year round enjoyment! This is a family run restaurant...with five lovely ladies and outstanding cooks in the kitchen. I highly recommend this place! ?l

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very smart restaurant, slightly different menu, large portions. Fava was lovely, service professional, but unfortunately we weren't over impressed with the black rice , which was a shame, because we love black rice! The squid needed to be cooked for longer (or less) because it was quite hard and chewy, and overall the plate was a little too salty. Also, a good "allioli" is a tremendous finishing point, but a bit of mayonnaise just doesn't have the same effect!!!!! Probably not many Spanish pass by here, but if you can improve this dish, you'll probably win them in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d came back to this place again and I will as I did liked a lot the service and food was very delicious and surely fresh.I was impressed with staff as it seems very friendly and kind. My dorado fish was cooked well. Especially I was really surprised with orange sauce on my salad , I never liked fruits in an veggies salads , but this sauce wasn’t bothered it all.

Standard dish but this here was boosting with great flavors of local herbs. Something to remember.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonder restaurant which serves tradition Greek food which is beautifully presented. The local litre of wine for €9 !!!!! (Yes eat your heart out new york where $40 a bottle seems to be the normal) and huge portions of food for a fraction of the price of food in Athens was amazing. I hope the photos say it all. Friendly service and a pretty location in a lively part of Nafplion.
