★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought our travel by JouinUp, and the local firma was Kalamaki Travel. The bus driver left us in the night NOT at our hotel, and didnt chek it! He left us on the road, in 50 meters to the hotel.
The mister in the hotel told us, that we cant chek-in, because the hotel is not right. His wife escorted us to our hotel, walked out the key and placed us not in our room. The local guide from the Kalamaki firm, Anna, did not respond in any messenger.
Imagine our indignation when we paid for half board, we arrive hungry, and on the morning after 10, Anna says: "Well, you could have arrived earlier, who is to blame?"
We paid for the dinner. The hotel staff are very helpful and kind, and I am sure that if they had been warned that there would be a late check-in, they would have left us food.
Anna did not come to our hotel to settle the situation, and also did not help in further issues of paying tax and checking out of the room. She set the status "was recently" and only pretended to work.
By the way, when Ana came to our hotel for the sake of other tourists, she also did not tell us, but only hung the advertisement on the notice board.
