Ενα κομματι του συναγερμου ηταν διαφορετικο απο αυτο που ειχα παραγγειλει.Οταν το καταλαβα "μονος μου" διοτι ο εγκαταστατης δεν με ενημερωσε και το ανεφερα γιατι υπηρχε μια ελαχιστη διαφορα στην τιμη, απλα μου ειπε οτι αυτο που ηθελα δεν υπηρχε και ειχε καταργηθει. Σε επικοινωνια με την αντιπροσωπεια στην ελλαδα, ΑΛΛΑ και με την ιδια την εταιρεια στο εξωτερικο με ενημερωσαν οτι το μοντελο που ηθελα υπηρχε. Οταν ανεφερα στον εγκαταστατη οτι επικοινωνησα με τα κεντρικα διοτι σαν ανθρωπος ειμαι ''ψειρας'' με χαρακτηρισε ατομο προβληματικο. Κριμα να μην υπαρχουν ανθρωποι-αφεντικα που να σεβονται τους πελατες τους και να μην τους βλεπουν μονο σαν πορτοφολια.
 An alarm was installed from the store. One part of the alarm was different from what I had ordered. In contact with the dealership in Greece, BUT also with the company abroad, they informed me that the model I wanted existed. When I mentioned to the installer that I contacted the headquarters because as a person I am a "lice" he described me as a problematic person. Too bad there are no people-bosses who respect their customers and do not see them only as wallets.
