A	Antonio Massimo De Angelis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La residenza si presenta esteriormente molto bene, a ridosso della spiaggia Kalamionas che tuttavia non è la migliore di Kassiopi. Inesistente il check-in; appongono dei cartelli con i nomi degli ospiti sulle porte delle camere, senza dar peso alla riservatezza degli ospiti. Sempre a proposito di questa, sul balcone della camera assegnataci al primo piano non era presente un divisorio nè è così al piano inferiore, dove si poteva sbirciare nelle camere senza alcuna difficoltà. Discreta la pulizia. Non aspettatevi la raccolta differenziata. Presente un cucinino, attrezzato anche al di là delle aspettative. Manutenzione carente: se non si fa attenzione le porte possono aprirsi anche da sole per via della corrente d'aria e di serrature anacronistiche. Nel bagno della camera assegnataci c'era una perdita d'acqua forse di almeno un lustro. Buona la lunghezza delle tende della doccia (Ikea), che permettono che il pavimento non si bagni. Asciugacapelli (mai utilizzato) al limite della denuncia per attentato alla sicurezza personale. Utile invece la presenza di uno stenditoio sul balcone. Qualche molletta in più sarebbe stata tutto sommato gradita. Assenza di parcheggio: vi rimandano a un'area limitrofa che però non appartiene alla proprietà e per il quale vi richiedono (senza approfittarsene) due euro al giorno in nero. Carente il mobilio. Nella stanza da noi abitata per una diecina di giorni avevamo difficoltà ad appoggiare gli zaini a fine giornata e, in pratica, non abbiamo mai completamente disfatto le valigie poiché non vi era spazio sufficiente. Unico alloggio in cui, a Corfù, ci hanno richiesto un supplemento per l'aria condizionata, essendo presente un ventilatore da soffitto rumoroso e inefficiente. Basterebbe una gestione un poco più accorta per migliorare (di molto) il soggiorno. The residence looks externally very well, close to the Kalamionas beach which however is not the best of Kassiopi. Check-in does not exist; affix signs with the names of the guests on the doors of the rooms, without giving weight to the privacy of the guests. Still with regard to this, on the balcony of the room assigned to us on the first floor there was no partition, nor is it on the lower level, where it was possible to peek into the rooms without any difficulty. Fair cleaning. Do not expect separate collection. Present a kitchenette, equipped even beyond expectations. Poor maintenance: if you are not careful, the doors can also open by themselves due to the air flow and anachronistic locks. In the bathroom of the room assigned to us there was a water leak, perhaps at least a luster. Good length of shower curtains (Ikea), which allow the floor to not get wet. Hairdryer (never used) to the limit of the complaint for attack on personal safety. Instead the presence of a drying rack on the balcony is useful. A few more pegs would have been welcome overall. No parking: they refer you to a neighboring area which does not belong to the property and for which you will be asked (without taking advantage of it) two euros a day in black. The furniture is lacking. In the room we inhabited for ten days we had difficulty putting backpacks at the end of the day and, in practice, we never completely unpacked because there was not enough space. The only accommodation in which, in Corfu, we were asked to pay an additional fee for air conditioning, as there was a noisy and inefficient ceiling fan. It would take a little more careful management to improve (a lot) the stay.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im unteren Stock mit Terrasse und Blick aufs Meer- 20m Es wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, die Betten gemacht und die Handtücher getauscht. Es war alles sauber und die Küche mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Wir hatten sehr freundlichen Kontakt mit den Besitzern und das Reinigungspersonal war sehr diskret. Wir hatten für 14 Tage eine tolle Unterkunft. Vielen Dank! Great apartment right on the sea. We had a room on the lower floor with a terrace and a view of the sea - 20m It was cleaned regularly, the beds made and the towels changed. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped with the basics. We had very friendly contact with the owners and the cleaning staff was very discreet. We had a great place to stay for 14 days.
