★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great seafood, large portion of grilled octopus and lot of seafood pasta! Greek salad was also good enough. Pleasant staff, warned us to not take two portions of octopus, because that could be too much. He was absolutely right! Also the atmosphere with sea view is nice. Recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start.... We've waited to order drinks and food for about 20 mins. The next step was to wait for an hour to serve the dishes. The steamed mussels where not more to 10 in the plate... We argued and they combined two plates in one as a single portion... The taste was one of a kind - awful....
The most pleasant moment was when it turned out they forgot my tuna fillet. You are not going to guess what's next - the tuna was out of stock and they gave me the kalamari of a person of the next table because I was furious....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favour and avoid this tourist trap. Really poor quality food. No locals eat here. Our food was clearly re-heated in the microwave and definitely not freshly cooked. The view is the only good thing about this place. Waiters although chatty, they are quite forceful and a bit intrusive as they try to chit chat and literally grab you as you walk by. Avoid big time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Argostoli for two weeks and ate at Kalafatis every night. Very friendly and funny staff, very good cuisine made us come back every day. The fresh fish straight from the cherhana, the delicious shells, the excellently cooked octopus accompanied by the traditional house wine made our evenings wonderful!
PS. we also liked the staff and the owner, Ilias, an amazing guy with a big soul , very funny and spiritual!

I can’t believe this place is only on 3.5 stars!! We loved it!!! I don’t think you can get anything more perfect than traditional saganaki over looking the water.
The people are amazing so friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, and the view is exceptional.
The oldest restaurant in kefelonia and I hope it stays for many more years. It should definitely be on list of things to do in Argostoli.
Would absolutely visit again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered steamed mussels and they brought a plate with about 10 mussels. After complaining they added a few more. Unfortunatelly, these mussels were the worst I've ever tried!!! Tuna salad was good, the fried calamari - so-so. The bill was a complete mess - everything was listed as food or drink and it was hardly understandable what is what even for the waiter...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed the meal. The waiters are friendly and the view amazing. Eating by the sea, enjoying the wildlife. I have paid for the main course, drink, bread and butter around 18€/person. The portion looked small but turned out to be enough. Not so bad for a place by the sea located in a touristic village.
