★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προσωπικό πολύ πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει και συγκριτικά με άλλα διαγνωστικά στο παρελθόν τα πιο άμεσα αποτελέσματα από την ώρα της δειγματοληψίας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!
The staff is very willing to serve and compared to other diagnostics in the past the most immediate results from the time of sampling. I highly recommend it !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ καλή! Με εντυπωσίασε το γεγονός ότι έχουν 24ωρη γραμματεία, πράγμα αρκετά σημαντικό όταν έχεις κάποια απορία της τελευταίας στιγμής κυρίως για ταξίδια! Λόγω υποχρεώσεων δεν προλάβαινα να πάω πρωινές ώρες όπως συνήθως, οπότε και αναγκάστηκα να πάω στις 9μιση το βράδυ. Πολύ επαγγελματισμός και έμεινα πραγματικά ευχαριστημένη! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
The service was very good! I was impressed by the fact that they have a 24-hour secretariat, which is quite important when you have a last minute question, especially for travel! Due to obligations I did not have time to go in the morning as usual, so I had to go at 9:30 in the evening. Very professional and I was really happy! I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάνοντας η κόρη μου 2 θετικά σελφ και ένα αρνητικό Ράπιντ και επειδή ήταν Κυριακή και δεν έβρισκα άλλο διαγνωστικό για ΕΓΚΥΡΟ pcr αποφάσισα να την πάω στο εν λόγω διαγνωστικό.Επειδη τα αποτελέσματα θα τα είχανε στις 11 το βράδυ και το παιδί ήταν ανήσυχο, πριν γυρίσουμε στο σπίτι έκανε ακόμη ένα Ράπιντ σε φαρμακείο το οποίο ήταν θετικό οπότε και δηλώθηκε.Με την πεποίθηση ότι έχει σίγουρα νοσήσει εξεπλάγην όταν το βράδυ μας έστειλαν τα αποτελέσματα του τεστ που ήταν αρνητικά! Ευτυχώς που το παιδί μου επέμενε να κάνει ακόμη ένα Ράπιντ γιατί θα πήγαινε την Δευτέρα στο σχολείο της με κίνδυνο να κολλήσει και άλλα παιδιά.Προφανως η δειγματοληψία δεν έγινε όπως έπρεπε.Οπως και με το πρώτο Ράπιντ.Καλό θα ήταν να είναι πιο προσεκτικοί όσοι ασχολούνται ( με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται). Αναρωτιέμαι πόσα τέτοια λάθη έχουν γίνει!!!!
Taking my daughter 2 positive selfies and a negative Rapid and because it was Sunday and I could not find another diagnostic for VALID pcr I decided to take her to that diagnostic. Because the results would be at 11 pm and the child was anxious, before we returned at home he did another Rapid in a pharmacy which was positive when he declared. With the belief that he is definitely ill he was surprised when in the evening they sent us the test results which were negative! Fortunately, my child insisted on doing another Rapid because she would go to her school on Monday at the risk of other children getting stuck. Obviously the sampling was not done properly. As with the first Rapid. It would be good for those who are more careful deal with (whatever that entails). I wonder how many such mistakes have been made !!!!

We asked them to come to hotel just a few hours before our departure from hotel once we recognized the digital certificate of the test by government facility which we got tested the day before at the Sýntagma station was not in time for unknown reason. The staff came to us very soon and immediately conducted a rapid test. She told me that it would normally take 3-4 hours to get the certificate by mail. Then, we called the office to explain our urgency and they were flexible enough to send it less than 20 min.
