Εδώ κ 2μιση εβδομάδες και άπειρα τηλέφωνα ακόμα με κοροϊδεύουν. Do not pay if they do not finish the job! You will chase them and they will make fun of you with a constant appointment that no one will show up. It's been 2 and a half weeks and endless phones are still making fun of me.

_	_ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!!!!! Επαγγελματισμός 0 Μας φέρανε τον πάγκο της κουζίνας σε 2 κομμάτια και το 1 ήταν διαφορετικό χρωμα! Μας το αντικαταστήσανε και στο άλλο κομμάτι που έμπαινε στον τοίχο έκαναν σε λάθος σημείο τις τρύπες για τις πρίζες. Φυσικά όταν ήρθε ο τεχνικός να το τοποθετήσει ΔΕΝ ΑΝΕΦΕΡΕ ΚΑΝ το λάθος του εργοστασίου, το τοποθέτησε κανονικά και με δικιά του πρωτοβουλία έκανε τρύπα στον τοίχο μόνο που εκεί έχει μπετό και όχι κεραμίδι. Αποτέλεσμα;;;!!! Έξτρα λεφτά στον ηλεκτρολόγο για να διορθώσει το λάθος του μάστορα και καθυστέρηση στην ολοκλήρωση της δουλειάς. Και σαν εταιρεία ούτε μια συγγνώμη!!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!! Professionalism 0 They brought us the kitchen counter in 2 pieces and 1 was a different color! They replaced it for us and in the other part that went into the wall, they made the holes for the sockets in the wrong place. Of course, when the technician came to install it, he did NOT even mention the mistake of the factory, he installed it normally and on his own initiative he made a hole in the wall only where there is concrete and not tile. Result;;;!!! Extra money to the electrician to correct the carpenter's mistake and delay in completing the work. And as a company not a single apology !!!!!!!

Ενώ η όλη εργασία θα χρειάζονταν μια εβδομάδα ολοκληρώθηκε σε τρεις εβδομάδες από τις αλλαγές των μαρμάρων. Ο οδηγός του φορτηγού έκανε ζημιά στον ρολόι της ΕΥΔΑΠ. Initially responsive and customer focused, then after installation, which was an additional cost to me, company and installer, have been unresponsive. Installer was aware, at time of installation of caulking color inconsistencies and assured me that he would return to correct. It’s BEEN FOUR YEARS! Also, the protective finish coat diminished within months. (Home is used only a few months, annually, so very little wear & tear) Saleswoman has been repeatedly rude when speaking with me. When I called again last week to inquire, she told me that I should be aware of how busy they are at this time and that she would get back to me. She never returned my call.
