What a beautiful beautiful place! Traditional hotel but modern stylish furniture in the room, very tasteful and thought through. And the view of course. And peace and quiet. Loved it!

We stayed a few nights in the off season. Very nice place. Comfortable rooms, great view from the balcony. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast everyday prepared, diverse, perfect.

Everything was OK, clean and basic rooms. Our standard room got canceled and we had to pay for a "superior/deluxe" room (+about 10€), however this meant that the room got bigger. Good view, but kind of pricy for what you get.

We enjoyed our short stay here. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a nice view. Cozy hotel, ample of outdoor seating area. A few taverns within walking distance. There is a beach nearby about 20 minutes drives. Hotel is located on the way to Balos beach.

We stayed 5 nights in this nice guesthouse and had room number 5. The owner Ioannis is really nice and helpful with a great sense of hospitality. If you are interested he will give you a lot of great advice. The house just has 5 rooms, all with amazing view overlooking the village until the ocean. Cleaning was superb and bed and the bed linen pretty good. Next to the AC there even is a fan, so in spring or beginning of summer you don't need to use the AC. Safe is in the room. We felt really comfortable and had great days. Pretty close there are several nice restaurants and Kissamos is about 10 min by car. Right at the village of Kaliviani is the road to Balos starting. So you can be first at the beach if you start early. Another amazing beach is just 15min driving. Only minus: Would be great to have little breakfast included in the room rate. You can book it additionally for 10 EUR per person. In other area we had it included with comparable room prices. But in this area of Kissamos and Kaliviani the "House" was the best choice.

Friendly staff, welcoming and helpful on the touristic attractions in the area. Simple but nice rooms with nice view and a small balcony, good quality bed and clean bathroom with large shower. Serves breakfast, 5eur small or 10eur full.

We had a great stay at Kaliviani Traditional Hotel. Price-performance ratio is totally right. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was recently renovated with a rain shower and glass screen. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable. The balcony with the beautiful sea view and sun rise every morning was amazing. The host Ioannis serves a delicious and lovely breakfast every morning. Our wishes for breakfast have even been addressed. The hotel is well located to all the beautiful beaches like Balos, Falassarna etc. Also several good tavernes in 2 minutes walking distance. Ioannis is a very kind, respectful and helpful person. We enjoyed our stay and fully recommend the hotel. Efcharisto Ioannis. :-)

The stay with Ioannis was great. The view from the balcony is overlooking a field of olive trees, ocean and you’ll have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The rooms are spacious, bed comfy and the shower was great. Ioannis was super nice and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.
